An oasis in busy Kampala, the facilities are pristine, the restaurant is nice and if that closes when you get back there’s a 24 hr restaurant walking distance from the hotel The TVs and phone were not working when I visited

The location was nice, a bit of noise from the near by construction going on but peaceful at night. The hotel was decent, the room was comfy with a nice ambience, a nice garden view from my window and very helpful staff; Phionah at the front desk was great. The shower was very good; nice strong pressure and there was always hot water. The breakfast though complimentary, needs improvement; not too much variety but good spread of fruits but lunch was better as it was A la carte. Wifi was FREE but very unstable; Though, after much complaint, it improved but still unstable occasionally. The Air Condition occasionally trips off at night, but the chill at night was more than sufficient, so didn't really bother. The towels need changing; they are old and worn out. Calling it a resort is kind of a contradiction, hotel or boutique hotel is more appropriate.

The staff (Gracious and Co.) and the location were great. The room was spacious and the lounge above the restaurant is a good space to read a book or catch-up with emails. The food menu was limited and the rooms could use: a smart tv and, nets behind the curtains to provide privacy when the curtains are opened

I have been staying here repeatedly. Staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the pool, the ambience (quiet, with a nice look over the valley) and it is very centrally located. I find the breakfast a bit pricey, though innovative (e. g. avocado) there could be a degree of flexibility of combination.

An oasis of tranquility yet centrally located. Food very good (breakfast and dinner). Water pressure in the area does vary a bit. Not sure that the venue can control that. Wifi was OK but a bit slow at times.
