The meals were great! The massage was the best! The bathrroms were basic

I liked the flexibility for early checkin and late checkout. I will definitely go back. The breakfast was not buffet. I missed a buffet breakfast but it was still good.

Unique historical decor and lovely enclosed garden. Very quiet, peaceful atmosphere. You don’t realize you are in the midst of the city. Very kind staff. Convenient location. I had stayed here twice before about 12 years ago when the hotel was better maintained. Small things like the toiletries are not as nice as before.

The location was excellent because of its proximity to the main government offices where I had a scheduled meeting I think the rooms need a little more touchup up and renovations, it seems to have been built a while back

It could improve the ambiance

The towels could have been fluffier and more luxurious. We stayed at Latitude Zero and they had big fluffy towels. I wish Emin Pasha had them as well but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The location in Nakasero makes this hotel very convenient. I also really appreciate the gardens, which feel like a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. In addition, the reception staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and positive first impression. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing and did not feel like good value for money. It was also not set up on time. If possible, I would recommend booking the room without breakfast, as there are many excellent cafés nearby in Kampala that offer better options. In addition, some of the bathroom fixtures in my room were not fully functional. During a previous stay, I was assigned a different room which was in much better condition, so this may simply have been an unfortunate one-off experience.

The hotel architecture style itself was amazing, many open green spaces. My highlight of the stay was the staff, they are super friendly specially “Claire” she helped me organize many trips in Kampala and outside Kampala, suggested amazing restaurants and site seeing spots, she was super lovely and always available for help!
