Great location and staff I wish we could stay longer!

The hotel is modern, beautiful, and well-equipped, with large rooms and bathrooms. The location is good – fairly close to Durian Roundabout and riverside, but in a quiet area. They have a nice pool in the ground level, though it's not very large. Breakfast ended already at 9:40, which I consider a bit early for vacation times. One some days it was served buffet-style, but on most days one could only order a dish from a fairly short menu, probably because there weren't enough guests to justify a buffet. Now I don't blame them for not offering a buffet when it won't be eaten, but the menu options could be made a bit more comprehensive and filling.

We got a free upgrade on our room so we had a balcony to watch the sunset from which was amazing! The place was spotless, quiet and close to everything! Staff were so helpful, it was $2 per kg of washing the aircon was great and beds very comfy. We had a gecko in our room but what can you expect!

Our double room was really nice + the coffee shop down the hotel is cool If you have a simple room you’ll have a room which looks like and aquarium, and it’s really not comfortable + breakfast was a nightmare

This hotel is amazing, the room is so clean, it’s immaculate, housekeeping was great, the hosts were brilliant, anything we needed wasn’t a problem, the swimming pool and balcony was an added bonus, Kampot town was walkable but on a busy road so location is slightly out but that didn’t put opus off as it made up for everything else. Can’t say we didn’t have anything we didn’t like.

Clean rooms. Good air conditioning. Poor hotel staff with problems with basic English, even at reception Fatal breakfasts - hopelessly composed buffet and the staff understand nothing at all in English although they claim to know the language. I felt like I was staying the night in Fawlty Tower and talking to Manuel. Strange architecture of the hotel: - a large empty hall on the ground floor, but most rooms have a window to .... corridor (on the plus side, we were offered to change without extra charge because there was no occupancy). - Swimming pool - small, on the ground floor completely in the shade. Location - theoretically in the centre but most of the places of interest are not in the area but beyond the roundabout. To sum up - The quality of this hotel deserves 2* and not 4*. I regret that we let ourselves be tempted by this property instead of choosing a competing hotel without a pool nearby.

Location is almost central and most needed things are within a walking distance. Cleaning service is good. Breakfast was average and not a buffet style but it was due to lack of customers. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. If only staff could speak better English they would earn one more star.

Good location Very slow internet. TV was not working. The fridge was not working either. Staff were not helpful either.

Was clean with good bedding That the room never had an external window only looked out onto landing so had to keep curtains closed otherwise everyone walking passed stared in ! The pool was very small in the shade so really cold with no beds to relax

Clean. New room. Good enough for the price. Reception staffs not properly trained to welcome assist guests. Breakfast not great. There is no electricity sockets around the bed.

The friendliness of the stff, the cleanliness and the location. The person at reception was lovely. The cleaning team also so nice! Even though we said we didn't need anything they still came to bring fresh towels, water etc... lovely team!! Can get a but noisy with other customers but the hotel is not at fault for people's behaviour

Super comfortable stay in a quiet but central location. Welcoming and helpful staff. Happy we chose this hotel for our two days in Kampot. No negatives - everything was fine
