Was not given the room I booked and looked nothing like the pictures. I usually don't write reviews but make an exception on this occasion. The pillows were not pillows rather some random square foam, the sheets were not clean, the bathroom door didn't close, there were gaps in the room door so people can see in. The room was dirty and run down, felt musky and the sheets made me itch. Apart from the location, nothing to like. Much much better options available for less money. The next day found a spotlessly clean, friendly hotel for a lower price.

They were quick to address major issues. The tv didn’t work and needed to be replaced twice. The wifi didn’t work so I had to change room. The scooter I hired from the hotel broke down twice and I was stranded twice resulting in I didn’t get to see and do all I wanted during my trip to Kampot.

Walkable location to the bridge and beach front and that is about all that is good for this property. The room was very unclean, it did not get cleaned during our whole stay. The room had no wifi during our entire stay even after letting the staff know and there were ants in the room and bathroom. Also had mould on the walls in the bathroom the whole facility is very old and not maintained.

Nothing! There was no restaurant - there was no bar! Ther was not even a mirror in my so called deluxe room - no comp coffee or tea or toilettes Very disappointing- charged me 2 days rental on my scooter! Was no staff available to turn my keys in after first day+ I filled up the empty tank!! - stayed in nicer hostels for 1/4 the price!!

La cama era muy cómoda No room cleaning after the first day. No wifi available in the 3rd floor. I could not connect my laptop to the internet. The WiFi was generally very slow also at the reception.

Large, comfortable clean room with decent aircon. Kettle and cups were provided. There was no refill water downstairs but when we asked about it they got some in. Staff were friendly. Very clean guesthouse. No chairs on the balcony outside the room. No atmosphere.
