Very comfortable rooms very attentive kind staff great affordable food. Like many hotels in the 10 SE Asian/Asian countries where I’ve lived the owner allows the police and local amateur spies to spy on guests based on the lies the police spread! Gossip is the #1 mode of communication in SE Asia they don’t understand or practice open communication! So nice place but just another of many spy hotels based on my 20yrs in 10 SE Asian/Asian countries experience ???

Wonderful staff who wanted to help however they could! Eager to make our stay in Kampot as enjoyable as possible. The room was lovely and comfortable. Really good options for breakfast, and really filling. And the food at their restaurant during the day and night is super tasty. Recommend the beef loklak. Very simple to rent a scooter and booking onwards bus connections. Very sweet and kind family. We are so happy we chose to stay there! This place is amazing. Thank you so much! Nothing, everything was perfect! :)

Friendly host, freshly made breakfast, quiet location. The AC doesn’t work in my room 001. It was open but only normal air came out. The shower water pressure is weak, difficult to take a nice shower.

Lovely hosts. Couldn’t ask for a nicer accommodating family. Room was large. Bed was comfy. Hot water good WiFi.. the food was so delicious. Another family member has a tuk-tuk and he took me to La Plantation and was as lovely as the rest of the family. They are on the opposite side of the touristy riverside area which was a big plus. It was a short walk over the bridge to get to all the tourist spots so it was perfect for me! I would come back and stay here if I’m in Kampot again. I had an awesome stay and I will miss them!!! Nothing

Staff was sweet, friendly, and helpful. Was able to rent a motorbike for $5.00 a day which was awesome. Breakfast was delightful. Bed was clean and comfortable. A/C kept us content. N/A

This place was so quiet and clean. I was so peaceful to wake up to. Very central, only $1 via tuk tuk to the main action. The breakfast was amazing. Beautiful home stay. Wish we had more time to enjoy this place more. Nothing

Very clean.Easy to find and really helpful and friendly owners. Walking distance from the main part of the town. Can rent a motorbike from the hotel Nothing!

Staff were nice with a welcome drink when we arrived. The family were very friendly - one of the cleanest places we have stayed in SE Asia. The fridge was great and the smart telly was a bonus! Super quiet and just a short walk over the birdie to the main town centre. Amazing price for what you get! Would highly recommend

The room was comfy and spacious and had everything we needed. Was in a really nice location within walking distance to everything there is to do but was nice and quiet. The coffee was also great.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They rented out motorbikes for just 5$ a day, organized bus trips for us and recommended places to visit.

Amazing stay! Run by nice family, good breakfast is served. They give you the best recommendations, a welcome drink and you can rent motorbike for 5usd/day, laundry 1usd/kg. Cleaning all day your room. 10min walking from central part of the city Totally recommended
