Location was excellent. 5 min walk from Kanazawa station and bus stop. Staff was polite and courteous. Check in and check out were very smooth. It has seven eleven convince store on ground floor .

The room was exceptional great view and very clean lots of room Our bathroom smelled and the floor was damp as if the toilet was over flowed and left. We wore the free slippers in the bathroom so it worked out. When we checked in they were a few minutes late getting our room ready. We waited patiently in the provided chairs in the lobby. When we checked out we were a few minutes late and they immediately called and knocked on our door and charged us 1000 yen. We happily paid. Seems a little unfair. We didn’t charge them for making us wait.

A little issue was the pillows. They were not comfortable at all, I suggest that you add softer version in addition so every person can pick what he likes.

I booked a room for 4 people but we only got 2 pillows and 2 towels,, had to call and ask to bring me 2 more. Washing machines sadly always taken :(

Everything - beautifully clean, well-located, extremely large and comfortable. Truly a wonderful experience! If I had to really be picky, as a solo female traveler walking under the tunnel at night to get to the hotel can be a bit daunting - but really, it’s a well-lit area so it’s fine. Truly the hotel is great!

Just be careful that there's 2 different Daiwa Roynets that are near the station. Don't go to the wrong one like I did!

There is a massage chair in the room, which really help relaxing after a long journey. Wonderful!
