Close to the train station, good breakfast with variety of options, good bed. Very nice staff who helped us to get my wife’s jacket which we left behind in Takayama hotel to be delivered to our next hotel in Kyoto.

The location is very convenient to any type of transportation. The room needs to be updated, especially the bathroom. The bathroom looked to be 20-25 years old.

The location is super convenient - it is located right next to the Kanazawa train station, making it very centrally located. There is a Kanazawa mall next door, and a combini a walk away. The hotel is a little older, and the rooms/decor reflect that. The rooms are bigger than the ones we stayed in Tokyo.

location was great as it is close to the train station definitely not a 5 star hotel. the service was sub par, the pillow is too soft, the facilities were lacking (no gym and no laundry service) for a 5 star hotel

It was as usual a Crowne Plaza hotel and very nice set up. Room was great and spacious same with the bathroom. I was happy how they met my needs and their breakfast was delicious! Nothing wrong with the hotel that stood out for me!

Property was very convenient walking distance to Kanazawa station and shopping. Buffet & staff were excellent. Bathroom clean was a bit dated.

Close to station friendly staff Decor was tired once you left reception. Needs a relaxing central bar area. Bar on top floor was closed. Other bar area like a cafe not a bar. Lacking that central point. We went to a neighbouring hotel for the evening.

The. location of the hotel very close to the railway station was a bonus. The front desk staff were exceptional not only during the checking-in and checking out periods but throughout my whole stay. In particular, I would like to highly commend Ayano and Kiko who put in much time and effort in helping me to arrange a whole day tour to Fukui Province via telephone. Breakfast provided much variety of Japanese and European food. The serving staff always made one feel most welcome and valued. Housekeeping service was excellent. Nothing to complain about.
