Location, breakfast selection and comfortable dining. Excellent attentive staff. The bed was shockingly more than soft. I could not get out of bed and suffered from severe bad pain. Further investigation revealed a massive hole in the old mattress bigger than my fist. The mattress must have been nearly 40 years old. The problems was fixed but there was no service recovery. I would return if the old mattresses were changed.

Staff were very friendly, my room was ready before 15:00 which was so great and kind of. Room was good as well

Good breakfast. I had the room closest to the station, therefore you also hear all the noise from the station. Pretty sure I could also hear my neighbors and their children. I couldn’t find the light switch for the ceiling light in the room but I made do with the desk lamps.

Breakfast was well organized and delicious. The hotel is right across from the station, which was perfect. Sound insulation can use some improvement. We were right on the station side and even with the windows closed we heard the bird sounds of the pedestrian crossing the entire night as well as loud music from nearby clubs, I think
