The location is perfect as it is just a few steps away to the JR train station. The staff are very helpful, friendly and respecful. The bathroom for the 4-bed room is super spacious. Beds are comfortable. Very clean too. Nothing really that I didn't like.

The location is excellent, right across the street from the Kanazawa train station. It is more than a station, with shops and restaurants. We ate breakfast there every morning and found an excellent sushi restaurant as well. Our room was spacious and well-appointed. The price is very good considering what one gets. Little thing. It would have been good to have 2 chairs. There was room, but there was only one. A rack to hang things on. We appreciated the pod coffee machine, but more pods would have been good. We are morning coffee drinkers.

Excellent location, essentially an extension to the train station. Large room by Japanese standards and able to have room cleaned every day if desired and soundproofing was good. The front staff was very helpful and many spoke English. This place reminded me of large hotels in the US years ago (lots of business conferences held here) No public bath and no safe in room.

Location was right next to the train/bus stations and a huge mall. Hotel held our bags until check-in time. Bed was comfortable. Step up to bathroom. Sink hot water was scalding hot almost immediately.

Great location. Exceptional staff. The most spacious room we have stayed at in Japan. Amazing breakfast buffet. We would stay here again on our next visit to Japan. We had to open the window to cool the room.

We arrived 1:30pm. My kid was extremely tired, so we asked whether possible for early check in. I know this is a favour to ask and not guaranteed service. We booked the private suite and were kind of hoping it is ready earlier. No luck. The staff refused early check, saying room not ready.

I love their breakfast buffet ,, and they all taste good The tv remote was not working , i suggest to check it also maybe it’s because of the battery
