Breakfast option is local or western fix menu but the variety is not rich. It’s served in a restaurant close to the hotel on first floor and for a coffee you should go back to the lobby to have it from the machine?

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Located right next to the station and bus stop, so it is extremely easy to get around. Despite being near the station, no noise. Nothing

Basic hotel so not expecting 4-star. Price was really good no view from window...just the rubbish bins from the building across the alley

Amazing location and the hotel was great! It was hard to find a room with 3 beds, and this one was roomy and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Such a good value too!

Location. And big room for a Japan hotel. Their double room and double size bed is a little tiny for two people

I was expecting just a typical business hotel but the room was larger than I'm used to in Japan (for a single), and it had plenty of amenities (in the lobby), and plenty of coat hangers in the room (again, more than I'm used to!). The number of hangers and hooks were a big plus for me. Very convenient location, right next to the station and several department stores. The staff was amazing as well. You can tell that some elements are older, especially in the bathroom, but overall the hotel has been nicely remodeled.

Right next to the station so it was incredibly easy to go about the city.

Great stay! Very centrally located and well connected, nearby to Kanazawa’s train station. We had a great and definitely a great place. The service provided by the lobby staff was excellent; they were very kind and welcoming.

Stayed at Smile Hotel Premium Kanazawa Higashiguchi Ekimae — great location just a short walk from Kanazawa Station. Clean, modern rooms with all essentials, though a bit compact (typical Japan style). Perfect for a short stay if you want convenience and good value.

we didn't have their breakfast we were out about about we really enjoy ourselves would recommend this property The only issue we had is there are 2 Smile Hotels one on each side of the station

Right by the station, bus and train available within a few steps. Very kind and attentive staff! It's starting to show its age but being kept in nice condition.

Good size rooms for Japan and good value. All was great

Location is excellent. It closed to train stations and bus stations. Walking distance. Room is small but very clean. Breakfast has choices either Japanese style or western style. Staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is no changes.

It's so close to Kanazawa station, both a mall and the station to grab a meal, pretty easy to catch a bus, both for local busses or Shirakawa-go or Takayama. Nice restaurants nearby. Rooms very nice, nice beds, pillows, bathroom, all very clean, staff very kind

Located right next to Kanazawa Station. The hotel has nice Oden restaurant that also serves as a breakfast space. The room is spacious with bathtub.
