Standard, city based hotel. I've been staying in a sigle bed room, so this was enough for me. Near the railyway station. A couple of a nice place to eat very cloase to the hotel.

Good location close to Kanazawa Station. Facilities were clean. Staff were great despite language differences. Water pressure in shower was fabulous. Budget friendly. Rooms are looking a little tired. Peeling wallpaper etc. more variety tea bags coffee etc. only choice was green tea. No milk.

The hotel is quite close to the station. The AC was not working properly. Also, the cleaning staff put our clothes over the shoes. After that, we stopped cleaning the room.

Very close proximity to Kanazawa station. The hotel has a small sento which is open until 2am, so it's great if you would like to relax before bed. If, I'm splitting hairs, the hotel is broken up between two buildings, and at certain times during the day, only the reception desk was open in one of the two buildings (which was the one I wasn't staying in).

Near to major transport hub, places of interest, groceries, eateries and laundromat with included detergents. We stayed in East Building. This place probably has seen better days, ie more crowds. Room size adequate. Main breakfast hall is huge and clean. House cleaning staff exchanged a chipped cup [ inherited this when we entered room ] the following day without me raising a request. Front counter staff friendly and helpful. Lack of counter tools for effective translation and communication.

Central location. Reasonable sized room for Japan. Room was fine, just furnishings rather dated (we were in the main building). Great to have a bath as well as a shower. The room, while non smoking unfortunately still had the stale smoke smell from the past. The cost was excessive given the quality of hotel (although when we booked - last minute- this seemed standard).

Location was good as we travelled by train and it is close to the station. The hotel is outdated, need some repairs and cleaning. The carpet had big stains, there was a bad smell in the room . We opened with difficulty the window, but it still the odour remained. Overall the room didn’t look clean at all.

Central location ( train station) Dusty and dirty windows, no laundry available (only the 24 hour one across the street, but it costs 11000 for wash and dry). The toothpaste with toothbrush can only be found at reception. Only shampoo and body wash are provided. Overall, very old hotel. Too expensive for what they offer, but at the same time if you are not high maintenance one, you’ll be ok.

Close to the railway station. Close to other attractions (ok, here in Kanazawa, you can get to many places on foot. The staffs are very nice, kind and helpful.

Good location and there are shops and restaurants close by. The hotel itself felt old but staff are very helpful. I just wish they have a curtain to block lights from outside and not those sliding window doors.

Perfectly acceptable for the price you pay, it's close to the station, the staff are friendly. There's a public bath in the east building which I sadly didn't have time to use. Some mold in the bathroom
