The location is excellent. I could walk to the train station and the castle. A 7-11 was just down the street. I also liked the price. I liked that the sleeping space was women only. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. If this hotel would just upgrade the mattresses and add a few comfortable chairs in the lounge area, it would improve their rating and guest satisfaction a lot! It would also be good if there was someplace quiet where people could talk on the phone. (No talking in the capsules.)

They do cleaning and give fresh towels and pajamas every day. I also liked the big lockers and the location.

It was very well located like 10 minutes walking from the station and from everywhere i got to visit. It was super clean, i love the capsule, the bathrooms the shower everything and the staff were so respectful and helpful

i confused why many people give a bad riview. we are really enjoyed our stay here, the bed very comfortable, clean. everything is good. the weird things only we need to go out at cleaning time around 10-3pm. but thats okay, because we also go around the city at that time. ohya LOCATION IS VERY GOOOD. close from everything.

The staff were really friendly, amenities were awesome (PJs and great shower facilities) and the location was awesome. The bed was so thin it was like sleeping on wood.

The hotel was super clean, everyone was respectful and the facilities and amenities were high quality. The location was exceptional, right in front of the Omicho market and close to the Kanazawa Castle and 21st Century Museum. Perfect for the Kaga Hyakumangoku Excursion Route.

Great location and very clean facilities. Felt like I was sleeping on wood - there was no cushion. The heat was also blasted in the room we were staying in which was very uncomfortable. If those two things were different this would have been a perfect stay!

Centrally located!! Bed was hard and the fan did not seem to be working the second night. My husband and I got really hot in our respective capsules, it was difficult to sleep especially with the shade down.

The ventilation in the capsules could've been slightly better as it got a little warm at night.
