Super Hotel Premier Kanazawaeki Higashiguchi

The hotel was in the perfect location to walk to major sights and the train station. The room was small, but it had everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just okay. I would have traded a smaller bed for more floor space in the room.

Overall the stay was great. All the facilities were very clean and staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The Breakfast and drink bar were great, and free amenities were a great plus. The free onsen was definitely the highlight of the stay as well. The room is very small, which is expected of a traditional Japanese hotel. However, the beds took up almost all of the room so there is barely any space to place luggage or walk around.

Easily accessible from Kanazawa Station. Staff were very welcoming. Easy check in/out A bit of a walk compared to some other places, especially when it's cold and rainy

Super friendly staff. Nice onsen/thermal bath, good breakfasts. Welcome drinks and snacks for happy hour (free) I wanted to stay near the railroad station, but it’s actually a bit of a walk to the market, the geisha district , and the castle

Luv the pillow and pajama bar. Always sleep great here. On site onsen is wonderful. Location great!

The staff didn't speak English and they have no adapter (I brought one which requires grounding and in Japan such sockets are really rare).

Tiny room but workable for a great location

This has honestly best one of the best value hotels I’ve ever been at here in Japan. Very affordable price for a room of three. Sizeable television, lots of room for luggage, lotssss of amenities, selection of custom pillows, welcome bar with snacks, drinks, and alcohol, a hot spring, and a delicious and affordable breakfast.

The onsen, the free bar at 5 pm. Breakfast does not include a single fruit nor cereals. Bedrooms are small.

Location, really close to the train station. Breakfast very good. Staff very polite and ready to help us. The room was a bit expensive and tiny.

Location.. keypad for entrance. So, there is no chance of misplacing the room key.. good evening drinks and breakfast was available.. Rooms and bathroom was very, very small by Australian standard.

The common areas were updated and clean, but the room had extremely hard beds and no real pillows.

Staff at Super Hotel were courteous and happy to assist. Not the closest option to Kanazawa main station but distance is walkable (about 350m from the nearest underpass entrance that connects to Kanazawa Station) Also helps that the hotel is off the main road so noise from traffic isn't transmitted. As usual the public bath, various options for pillows and wide variety of amenities were good touches. 5 washers and 5 dryers in the entire facility. Really really good stay
