Great hotel with friendly and super helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms and and excellent breakfast! The receptionist booked us on a one day City Tour which was fantastic! There’s not a lot around the hotel itself but staff arrange taxis to assist.

The food was quite good but little choice in the meals. There were no English spea,king television channels.

The property is clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. Staff is very helpful even though most speak little English. The parking is great. Would stay again The WiFi didn’t work properly most of the time. But the staff did attempt to fix it multiple times

Very well equipped rooms, daily free drinking water, breakfast buffet. Only few vegetarian breakfast options, WiFi is not reliable with recurrent disconnections. Towels were exchanged daily although not necessary and not on the ground.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and perfect buffet breakfast with lots to chose. Staff helped to arrange private taxi for 4 days to do the highlights of this area for a good price. Perfect, thanks for the hassle.

The staff were super nice, accommodation was near bus terminal, which we appreciated on day trips out of Kanchanaburi, but little bit far from the centre of the city. Breakfasts were delicious and various. It could be a little bit cleaner, in the bathroom were some hair and a little bit dust. Wi-Fi didn’t work well.
