Good hospitality Food. Variety very less for breakfast and no good option for vegetarian. We feel hungry

Good location. Nice staff. Very sweet. The pool ware was cold. Also the area outside the room - the ambience was very much like a hospital. They need to make that better

Stayed there 2nights & 3 days on past long weekend for Deepawali, & the stay was soo good. Really got nothing to say bad about the hotel. the location was too perfect, right in front of the main gate of Sri Dalada Maligawa. (just 3 min walk). The hotel staff was very friendly & helpful. Surrounding was actually les quiet than expected due to city center. all the shopping malls, food city, coffee shops, food stalls, grocery was just 1 to 5 min away. the rooms was well maintained, comfortable & cleaned with modern amenities. Also the food was soo delicious that we enjoyed every bit of it. finally the swimming pool, it was one of the unique feature that hard to find in kandy city center, that we enjoined to relief our self during the stay. will defiantly come back for stay. pretty much nothing was that bad but there were some small points need to be address, need to add more & modern standard power outlets in the room for charging phones, laptops etc... (only got one Squair pin power outlet), also need to make more space between the bed & TV cupboard. (it was so narrow we bumped our foot few times on bed or the cupboard), also in the bathroom need to add more space to hang the towels etc.,. balcony doors were soo tight to open its scarping the floor when try,

Location and a beautiful outdoor pool for relaxing

Great location in the heart of Kandy. A wonderful roof top bar that has amazing views and the pool is massive and refreshing. We spent a lot of time in the pool and we were only there for 1 night. The rooms were a great size for 2 people and had a fridge and hot water. The breakfast was a standard breakfast buffet, we stuck to the western food - fruit, pancakes and omelettes. Club sandwiches were also amazing for lunch. It was walking distance to Temple of the Tooth and the lake. There is a supermarket just up the road. Our rooms had balconys that overlooked the central Kandy area, they were a great touch. Although in town it wasn't noisy to sleep. Good air con in the room.

Fantastic location to visit Kandy, friendly staff, great breakfast. Pool looked good too! We only spent one night and didn't get to use pool.

clean and tidy, right in the centre of Kandy, friendly helpful staff I fell down the step between the receptionist and restaurant, the floor was dark and lighting very low, there wad no warning of the step

Right in the heart of the city, location is great if that’s what you’re after. The rooms and decor are a little outdated.

Very dated ,hard bed ,in need of serious upgrade

The hotel was very nice. The reception was amazing . Specially the lady ( sorry to say this , chubby , pleasant, since I don’t know her name ) was very welcoming and always catered to the needs . The issue was with the chicken, it was supppperrr dry , and not moist at all. The food needs to be improved . The pumpkins were raw. Food needs to be looked thoroughly and adviced. But to sum up apart from the food , rest were fine
