Everything was close to the hotel, no need to drive. Loved the room. Friendly staff. Reason for 4 stars was the breakfast was not good at all the 2 days we were there.

All good and staffs are excellent and they accommodated us early and we travelled with kids. Wonderful staff and it’s clean and good service.

This is our home away from when traveling to the Legends area in KC. The only complaint and it may be small, but the entrance to the parking lot has a pothole that I hit coming and going…

Convenient location for our travel plans. Clean and safe. Good breakfast option. Would stay again.

There was hair in the shower, which made the bathroom feel like it had not been properly cleaned. The railing around the pool was broken, which was concerning from a safety standpoint. Several of the treadmills in the fitness area were also broken and unusable. Overall, the hotel appears to be lacking in general maintenance and upkeep. While the staff at check-in was friendly, the condition of the property outweighed that positive experience. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

The pullout sleeper was one of the worst I've ever slept on. The padding was non-existent, the one pillow you're given offered nowhere near the head support needed. Water pressure in the shower was less than desirable. Wallpaper patch around the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall and almost falling off.

Their system was down and had been for 2 hours so we were not able to check in. We were not sure that we would be able to check in so we had to find another hotel last minute.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They answered all of our questions. There was some minor confusion about the room cleaning but they were able to work it out.

Other than that, our stay was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay while traveling or for a relaxing getaway.

The fact that that this is a motel next to a Walmart and I had to pay $4.25 a night to park and there was no security in the Parking lot at night. Also breakfast was the same menu and ended at 9:30 even on weekends.
