Margaritaville was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary shuttle that will take you places nearby. The property was very well maintained. We had a great time!

Front desk staff were very helpful and got us checked in with no issues. Went early to enjoy the pool/amenities. Received a text when our room was ready and it was ready earlier than expected. Room was nice and clean. Service at restaurant was great!

Room was clean and comfortable. Both pools were nice. Didn't like to pay extra to check in a couple hours early. Didn't like to pay 20.00 to park at hotel.

We liked the hotel The staff was rude and not very attentive, lola from the bar was extremely rude.

The staff was very friendly , the atmosphere was amazing. We only had 1 person that was not pleasant but staff corrected the incident.

Only negative that I can think of was that the big outside water pool bar which is called 5 o’clock somewhere was it very slow. Waited about 15 to 20 minutes each time I wanted a drink.
