This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and it was just as good as the first.

I love the vibe of this hotel! Very modern, very clean! Great location!

I’ve never before complimented the “design” of a hotel room before, but it’s worth writing about. We are expecting a standard hotel room, but small design details were intentional and made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The bathroom sink and counter area is open concept but the toilet and shower are hidden by a pocket door. The furniture has room under it to tuck your bags away after you’ve unpacked, the shower door has easy handles on both sides and the bathroom has sufficient spots to hang towels to dry. The king bed was SO comfortable, I actually want to reach out to ask about the brand of pillows and mattress. The bedside table has a reading lamp that let me read without bothering my partner snoozing next to me. We had a really nice view! Lastly, we enjoyed grabbing to go coffee from the lobby every morning in our way out instead of messing around with the coffee in our room. I also grabbed tea every evening on our way back up. My one wish is that there was easy access to a pool nearby even if the hotel didn’t have one, such as a day pass. But the hotel itself was excellent and we’d stay again. Friendly staff and cleaners!

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We were in a handicapped equipped room. I was not fond of breakfast. While made to order, the eggs tasted microwaved. The vanity sink was set too far back from the edge to be easily reached from my wheelchair. I was unable to brush my teeth over the bowl. Sometimes it's just the little things.

I thought this hotel was great. Clean, updated, good location, friendly staff. I especially appreciated the USB and electric outlets EVERYWHERE. So helpful. The rooms were good sized and had fun decor, comfortable bed, well-working shower that was easy to figure out (not all are). The bar area actually had people in there. They had karaoke in there on a Saturday night, and we could not hear a thing on the 4th floor. The only thing they could upgrade would be breakfast options, but overall a great place to stay, highly recommend.

Single front desk person in the evening, unable to help with housekeeping request
-
Room was bare bones. If all you want is a bed and bath, it's not bad at all.
-
Aloft was a beautiful hotel, however, Rooms were not ready when we arrived-30 minutes after the designated check-in time. I would have appreciated a bit more storage/closet space.
-
Another good stay at Aloft. This is my third time staying at this particular one and it was nice stay. Everything is clean, the staff is always so nice and helpful.

Absolutely not
-
Friendly staff.

I also want to point out that when we arrived, they couldn’t locate our reservation. They stated that Expedia had not pushed our reservation through to the hotel booking system.
-
The rooms were clean and everyone was attentive. The only thing is that you just have to make sure you let the front desk know that you want your room cleaned every day in the morning.

Staff, cleanness, location Ping pong rackets need replacement Food selection can use a couple more items (milk, cereal, sparkling water)
-
Great location 5 min walk from plaza area always spaces in the parking lot staff friendly and helpful clean modern hotel would highly recommend it

I found her response very disappointing, and the entire experience was frustrating. Overall, it was a very bad experience

Room was very clean and staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking was not really the best especially if you ended up in the parking garage. The enclosed area near the elevators in the parking garage were very dirty. Also every time you needed to use the elevators inside the hotel, you had to use a key.
-
The property is well located, you are in walking diatance of the Plaza. Very beautyfull surrondings and eatery. The only thing rhe AC in the room is to load. The only reason i would not stay again is because of the noise of the AC.

Clean, nice. Would go back again. 👍

The elevator temporarily didn't go to the floor my car was on
