Our room, that could sleep six, was kind of small for 6. There were 3 of us and room for our stuff was at a premium. We had a couple of problems that maintenance took care of promptly. Host at breakfast was very helpful. This hotel is within walking distance of shopping and food services. The plaza felt safe to walk even at night. The valet guys were terrific!

This was a serious safety concern that I believe the hotel needs to address to prevent someone else from getting injured.

The bathroom tub had mold and the cover over the A/C was falling off the wall.

Booking. Com said free parking that was a lie. 30 bucks to park

I got in in the evening. I check in and I’m told I needed to place a 100 dollar deposit for incidents. I pay in cash as the guy who checked me in says it’s okay. The next day. The front desk clerk says that it’s not on file stating I paid. So I was essentially cheated out of 100 dollars cash.

The hotel location and proximity to planned events was really nice. As a whole, our experience was okay/good, although there were some specific areas for improvement. Water-filling stations would be highly recommended as the only area to do this was via the lobby in the afternoon/evening or the fitness center—and this water filter was empty during our stay. Also, on the first morning of our stay, there was no hand towels in the fitness center or adjacent women’s bathroom, and both sinks were nonoperational in the bathroom. I had to wash my hands using the shower stall and air-dry them. We also had to switch rooms upon check-in as the fridge in our initial room didn’t work and the carpet around it was completely soaked. The elevators also didn’t work properly at times. For example, when we pressed Up, it actually went down. Lastly, the vent in our room bathroom was nonoperational. The lobby itself and employees were welcoming. The swivel and flexibility of rotating the room tv for couch or bed viewing was very well-designed.

Very nice room and breakfast was very good. Staff at the desk would not let my wife check in for us. They insisted I be there since I made the reservation. Very annoying and my wife had to sit and wait over an hour.
