Was so impressed with the hotel, have travelled a lot and walking in, you could see it was well maintained. The staff, the cleanliness, the room, exceptional. Breakfast was outstanding. This is a 5 star hotel. Wish all were like this one.

Easy street parking. Secure parking was also available. Iced tea in the lobby. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The entire staff went out of their way to be incredibly helpful and polite. Every one of them! This staff is to be commended because they seemed very genuine and helpfully friendly at every turn. It was noticeably superior to any customer service experience I’ve had at any venue in years! 10 stars in hospitality!!!

The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was great and breakfast was very good. The only negatives I can think of: the plumbing in our room made a glugging sound almost all the time; the parking garage was somewhat dirty, dark and uninviting compared to the bright clean feel of the rest of the property.
