The staff (from the receptionist to the cleaning staff) were polite, friendly, kind, patient and welcoming. It is CLEAN! After staying in so many "nice" hotels with dirty carpets, A/C vents with mold in them, dirty walls, etc., it was so nice to stay in such a beautiful, well-kept, clean hotel! Also, the beds and pillows were perfect! Such a great stay. Thank you!!!

Room was clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice with plenty of towels. The old Chicago and the little convenience store where very nice to have for a weekend trip. And the area felt safe enough to walk to the convention center down the road!

1. Our room did not have hot water, at first. It took a very long time for the water to warm enough to take a shower. Once it warmed, it was fine. 2. The Parking situation worked very well for us. 3. The shuttle driver was helpful, prompt, and courteous.

We stayed at a Hilton Homewood Suites the previous 2 nights and breakfast was included and was much better. We had to pay for breakfast here and it was not as good.

The hotel itself was good. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the customer service. After arriving late, I felt as though I was an inconvenience rather than a welcomed guest. There was no greeting, no smile, and no “hello.” The receptionist, who had long hair, appeared to have just woken up and simply asked for my passport without any eye contact or welcoming attitude. It gave a very poor first impression and made me regret choosing this hotel. The following morning, I had a similar experience when I asked about the airport shuttle, which was included with my booking. The manager also seemed bothered by my question, as though helping guests was a chore. Hotels are not judged only by their rooms or facilities. Guests often remember how they were treated more than anything else. A friendly smile, eye contact, and a warm welcome cost nothing but make a huge difference. I believe the management should focus on improving customer service and staff training. Service is at the heart of the hospitality industry, and strong leadership is essential to creating an environment where guests feel genuinely welcome. The hotel has great potential, but the service experience needs significant improvement. Customer service

We flew in from Chicago for World Cup game and flew out next morning, so my son and I were only in the hotel briefly, but staff was excellent. The front desk employee checked us in late Saturday night after the game and helped us with shuttle service to airport at 330 am as we had to get back to Chicago. Thanks for making our short stay perfect.

Room was ready and the staff was incredible.

The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was absolutely abysmal. You can’t out on your makeup except by the bedroom window in the daytime. The water pressure at the sink is quite low, so it’s hard to wash up. Signage for the Restaurant would be nice. The staff were very nice and helpful.
