It was delightful stay and the front desk was awesome and very helpful on questions I had about the stay...Really nice facility and the rooms were spacious also love the comfort of the beds...Highly recommend

Great location to the airport and shopping not far away. The free shuttle advertised didn't pick us up from the airport even though this had been arranged prior.

Staff was really nice and the rooms were clean and organized.

Staff were friendly and bed was comfortable. Overall space was small and poorly optimized. Very little space for clothes or luggage. You could hear the kids of neighboring rooms running up and down the halls and any door that closed so the sound isolation in each room isn't great. I won't be using Tru again, but I can see why some people might.

They done clean the rooms, unless you request before hand. But didnt lets us know ahead of time nore did they have signs in check in area. Even the cheapest hotels clean the rooms. Every thing cost to much for the service you recieve. COID is over dont try to justify the cut back on service because of that
