Our room did not have hot water and the bathroom sink was clogged didn’t realize it until it was late at night that it didn’t drain. Told front desk but the older woman didn’t seem to be concerned about it. Just thinking it would be helpful for the next quest

Room was very clean and comfortable; check-in was a little inconvenient - they initially could not find my reservation , because Marriott confirmation numbers are not the same as Bookings.com confirmation numbers. A supervisor was helpful and check-in proceeded. Perfect location to all the museums, The Plaza and Mill Creek Park walking trail. The ice machine was not working on my floor, expected in Bangkok, not KC.

our room had a very annoying sound coming out of the A/C unit that lasted the entire night. Hotel staff compensated us for the parking fee as a goodwill gesture. Overall, not a bad place to stay and staff were friendly.
