Breakfast was definitely a plus, love the rooms
-
Our room had bugs (cockroaches) in the bathroom and sink, dirty towels and very bad smell. We had to change rooms.
-
The hot tub/pool area is dated and not kept up. The hot tub was broke, there were

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The people in the room next to us were smoking weed though, so the smell was terrible. I will stay here again.

Great service at the front desk and breakfast area. Clean rooms with lots of amenities. Enjoyed our stay an will recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

Hot tub was out of order

It was OK.

We love this hotel..but this time, cockroaches in bathroom, side lamp not working and TV in bedroom did not work..we still love the breakfast, omelette station, the complimentary drinks...staff excellent!
-
I liked the pools but there was a Satuday that they have to close and it was very inconvenient.
-
Staff was excellent throughout our stay. Sad that the hotel is closing on 9.15.2025.
-
Bad experience all the way around with the exception of friendly staff.

Old, old, old and needs a good cleaning. No edible snacks during "happy hour", just very old popcorn, etc. bugs in the bathroom. It was a bit creepy, no body around. Breakfast was ok , and other than the strawberries, the other fruit was very old. The food in the steam table was stone cold, and also old. Time to just shut the doors and walk away. We paid $150, but advertised rate was between $132 and $88.

Service was horrible, they never cleaned the room, we asked several times and they don't care
-
The beds are double. Everywhere I’ve stayed were queen size.
-
Close proximity to the Plaza and great service. The breakfast is wonderful and staff are very friendly.
-
The breakfast and coffee were pretty awful, the games were broken, the pool bathrooms were out of order the entire time. The first room smelled like smoke and had stains all over the carpet. The second room we tried was much better, but still didn't feel super clean. The building is such great place, I hope it gets the update it needs. The staff is absolutely wonderful though and very accommodating.

This place is the creepiest place I’ve ever stayed at. not safe, big huge fight in the lobby, every single night there were kids running around screaming lots of people being loud and lots of holes in carpet and I have tripped over it plenty of times. Construction starting at 6:30 in the morning chopping cement building shook and was very noisy. Tried to get a refund.

Cockroaches in the room. Leaky tubs. Dirty carpets. Broken lights in the elevator. The property is on the news listed as being demolished in a few weeks. I woke up at 630am to bulldozer and city tearing the concrete around the property. Remove this property from the listings please.

THERE WAS NO HOT WATER I WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR A ROOM THAT I BOOKED IN ADVANCE I CHECKED IN AT 10PM ONE ELEVATOR FOR A COMPLETELY BOOKED HOTEL
-
Our stay was not pleasant started off with room that smell disgusting like cigarettes and wetness almost moldy. Only to be moved to another room and woke up at 6 AM by an extremely loud large heavy duty jackhammer. Well over 10 minute wait just to try to be able to use an elevator to get off the floor. We upgraded our room to a premium suite hoping to enjoy some bonuses of a vacation and the experience at the hotel was very disappointing. Not to mention we had to pay extra money just to be able to park at the hotel.
