Staff are the absolute best!

Clean, great size room, most staff were nice, but Dev at the front desk at check out refused to listen, was dismissive, and rude. He re-asked questions in a condescending way that were already answered for him if he listened but because I wasn’t dressed up at 6 am checkout, I guess I didn’t deserve good service. Ended my stay on a sour note.

The hotel was one of the most cleanest hotels I’ve ever seen everyone was nice we ordered room service the food was amazing

Polite and informative staff willing to help at any moment. Pool jacuzzi and workout room was in good condition and spacious.

Very close to the concert venue, and walking distance of Power & Light. Friendly and personable staff. Most importantly, clean and comfortable!

The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and was easy walking distance to the T-Mobile Center.

Beautiful hotel with nice rooms but you get nickled & dimed for everything! Sorry to say you walk away with a bad taste in your mouth because EVERYTHING is another $7.00 for this or $9 for that

Everyone was very welcoming as usual…from check in to servers from bar.

The hotel is amazing and the staff was excellent in every way. So helpful and engaging, ensuring our stay was everything we hoped for.

Loved the ambiance, location and the staff were incredible! Food was amazing at The Stillwell and 1587! We'll definitely be back!

Exceptional

Everything was superb. Amenities open early and late. Breakfast was amazing, and a huge buffet selection. The employees were extremely attentive and friendly. I will definitely stay at Lowe’s again in KC, MO.

Good location and friendly staff.

I had stayed there with my family over the weekend. And the house keeping is above and beyond. They had even adjusted my 5 year olds stuffed animals and toys to a cool arrangement. Very nice place to stay.

Staff were very attentive, rooms were clean and the hotel was beautiful. Food was great at the hotel restaurant, bartender was amazing. Anywhere you went in the hotel it was spotless, highly recommend. Near the free streetcar . Parking can be crowded at times.
