Motel 6 Kansas City, MO - Airport

Found it strange that there wasn't front desk person. Just a kiosk with a video feed of someone. It was hard to understand what he was saying due to delay in video feed. Room was fine

Lampshade was melted..holes in curtains..no shampoo in room..table had only one leg and only one chair in room..only 2 pillows on the bed for 2 people

Check in Room smelled heavily of nicotine and cigarettes, walls, ceiling and fixtures were stained with years of smoking residue. Tiny shower. Room needed repairs to damage done by previous tenants

Everything dirty room rude employees rude and racist property owner threatened to call police for having a visitor not even there 45 min and he came shouting obscenities and making racial comments

no breakfast, room was very small. looked like a russian poor home. the bed could have been off the floor. the shower was dirty, tv was fuzzy with very little reception

instead of properly staffing anything, they have a kiosk that has someone in another country on video. i’d love to know what company you’re outsourcing to since i’m required to give this weird kiosk my drivers license? also, my non smoking room smelled

Where it was located made it easy to get a quick bite to eat. We didn’t like the multiple pictures of the pool on their site for it to be permanently closed.

Front desk was helpful and polite. Room small musty when AC is on. Lamps and furniture broken. Bathroom was nice with enough towels. My stay was for two nights and i never see cleaning team came to my room for cleaning. Motel 6 is very close to zona rosa where I found good restaurants I won't recommend this place for more than two nights stay Thanks
