الغرفة صغيرة جداً بشكل ملحوظ، ولا يوجد شبك للحشرات مما يجعل فتح النافذة غير مريح، خاصة أنه عند فتحها تدخل الحشرات بكثرة. كذلك لا توجد ثلاجة حقيقية، حيث تم توفير جهاز يُعتبر “مُبرّد” فقط وليس ثلاجة، وبالتالي لم يحافظ على الأغراض وتعرضت للتلف، وقد مع العلم اعطيت الاستقبال خبر ولكن قال هذا زي التبريد وجودها و عدمها واحد هالمبرد أيضاً البلكونة تفتقر إلى الخصوصية بشكل واضح، حيث يمكن للجيران من الجوانب والأعلى والأسفل رؤية المكان بسهولة. بشكل عام، الفندق يحتاج إلى تطوير واهتمام أكبر من ناحية التجهيزات والراحة الأساسية للنزلاء، رغم أن الموقع والخدمات الأساسية جيدة

It was very nice Nothing

Exceptionally kind staff, helped us with our late arrival, secured parking on site, amazing breakfast included. We even got a free room upgrade which was a super nice perk. Overall amazing value for money and 100% recommend the place - we will come back again. The only slight minus is that it is not very close to the ski lifts but we were with a car so was not a problem (also I believe there is a regular shuttle bus from the hotel)

The staff was very friendly. Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Also we had a mid day tea time with some cakes

We stayed at the property for 1 week, during our ski/snowboard vacation, and we had the Studio room. It was very comfortable, very clean, the bed mattress is super comfy and we found the room overall quiet. The breakfast was delicious, varied and we were happy to see that you can also personalise it (omelette, eggs, pancakes). Also, something else we loved was the SPA (Finnish sauna, infrared chairs, lounges), and the shuttle that was very conveniently taking us from the hotel reception to the slopes and back. The host was great, and everybody from the staff that we communicated with was super friendly as well. There are many restaurants close (5-10 min on foot) and plenty of parking spots. We literally had everything we needed for a perfect skiing vacation :)

The room is beautiful and clean The facilities in the room are excellent Its has “ shattaf “ which is great for arabs No slippers, tissue or water in the room

Disappointing Experience I stayed at this hotel for a short period, but unfortunately, the experience was far from comfortable. The room was very small and cramped, and the cleanliness was below expectations. I even found insects inside the ceiling light, which is completely unacceptable. There was no water provided in the fridge, and when I requested to change the room, they refused without offering any solution or assistance. Before booking, they responded quickly to my messages on Booking, but after confirming the reservation, they stopped replying completely. Overall, the hotel is not worth the price, and the service is very poor compared to the rating shown online. I definitely would not recommend this place, especially for those looking for comfort and professional service while traveling.

Every thing was goor Double room was very small and the toilet is literally 50 cm from the bed with glass sliding door

The location is good with easy access. Toilet has shattaf ??. Very limited breakfast options. The staff are rude to arabs although all guests were arab and respectful. No much service provided. No room service available for cleaning (they do provide free toilet paper upon request)

They gave my room to a group of six because the hotel was overbooked. They offered me a different room that I didn't book. When I complained, they said the hotel was full and they couldn't change it."
