No have lift there and refrigerator

The room was clean. The property and the location was quiet. Free private parking is available right in front of the building. The breakfast was complete with great variety. We don't expect a bed and breakfast to have appliances such as refrigerator, but a simple tea/coffee maker in the room is needed.

Really liked my spacious and modern room with great views. Everything spotless clean. Very helpful, friendly owner/staff who also gave tips on how to get around and where to go skiing. The location is great and it only takes a short bus ride until you're on the slopes!

Staff were super friendly. The kitchen is very clean. Free car parking. Area is quiet at night. Improvement can be: 1-Having a laundry room in the hotel 2-Breakfast improvement by adding more options 3-Changing the curtains or modifying them to be black out. 4-Air conditioning would be a definite plus. 5-Iron board and an iron in the room. 6-Safety deposit box in the room.

This is a beautiful property with cozy, spacious rooms and stunning scenic views. The rooms are clean, very comfortable, and easily accommodate plenty of luggage. Its close proximity to bus stops makes commuting convenient and hassle-free.

There was a large selection at breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful and very delicious. The room view was beautiful. The carpet in the room was dirty in places, but it didn't bother me. One morning the water pressure in the shower was low. I guess this is difficult to help because it is possible that the water consumption in the area around the guesthouse was also high. The bathroom extractor fan didn't work one morning and I noticed it wasn't working on other days. It wasn't connected to the light switch so it must be centrally controlled. I think it would run from 6am to 10am, then shut off when guests weren't in the property, then come back on from 6pm to around 11pm.

Very friendly staff with a comfy room that has spectacular mountain views all at a great cost! What more could you ask for? I have friends looking to bring their families to the area for holiday, and I’ve recommend they stay here!

The hotel is maintained very well. 10/10 for cleanliness. Breakfast had all healthy options. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a friendly stay :)

I had a great experience during my stay. Monika was very warm and helpful, always ready to assist with anything i needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the Kaprun !

The Monika was ideal place, nice easy transport to lifts, we ski for 5 days visited the waterfalls you need a car here, and i would say its far cheaper the using taxi. We booked two rooms our teenage girls had there own room to escape, with ground floor additional room with dinning and kitchen. with breakfast... Beds were very comfortable too. Kitchen lacked some utensils, and basic herds oils vinegar that people often leave behind, there was a big rolling cabinet for just this propose that was comply empty, being a chef this was frustrating.

Our host, Verena, was incredibly responsive and kind from our first contact to the last. As vegans, we truly appreciated that she went the extra mile to arrange additional vegan options for breakfast—such a thoughtful gesture! The breakfast selection is excellent for non-vegans as well. We stayed in a spacious apartment that was very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our meals easily, and we enjoyed dining at our own separate table in the dining room. The large terrace was perfect for getting some fresh air, and we can only imagine how amazing it must be in the summertime! The location is ideal—peaceful surroundings, a grocery store just 300 meters away, and conveniently situated between two bus stops, both within a short walking distance. The apartment is right on the bus line leading to one of the two Kitzsteinhorn ski lifts, making it an excellent choice for skiers. Overall, a fantastic stay! We would definitely return. I personally found the pillow a bit too soft with not enough filling, so it wasn’t the most comfortable for sleeping.

Pension Monika in Kaprun is a place that is an oasis of peace and well-being. Its location is strategic because you can drive or walk to all the necessary places you want to visit or need to buy. The ski bus or public transport bus has a stop near the guesthouse. The view from the balcony of the room is absolutely amazing. And sitting quietly with a view of the beautiful mountain massif was definitely one of those horrible experiences. Great breakfast. The willingness of the staff and the very nice smile of the owner perfectly and kindly complemented our entire pleasant stay. Thank you very much and we are certainly looking forward to our next stay with you.
