We had the smallest room, the room and the breakfast was designed to be filmed on TikTok without thinking of practicality or comfort.

The owner Mike is super nice, speaking 5 languages, nothing is an issue for him. Absolutely fabulous breakfast. Great location in the center of Kaprun, but in a quiet street. Fancy rooms, comfy beds. I can hiighly recommend this place.

They do their best with what they have - but the accommodations are very small for the price (especially with ski gear etc). Buyer beware! We failed to read the fine print and booked this property three months before our arrival dates, then tried to cancel a few days later but this request was declined by the owners. Also not a ‘hotel’ (at least in the US sense of the word) - no front desk or staff. All self-serve check-in, etc.

We got a very small room, without WiFi, no elevator. Very basic hotel with a self-check-in.

I loved that the property was completely self service! It made it so easy to arrive and get comfortable right away! The garden area was lovely! The room was spacious with a super comfortable bed!! Delicious breakfast! Nothing!

Very nicely designed hotel. Good location. Free parking. Great smell throughout the hotel. HUGE TV. Quality welcome chocolates, tea and coffee in the room. High quality soaps and shampoos. The room was freezing cold (cca 15C) during our two night stay, even though the heating radiator was turned on to the max the whole time. What's worse, when we asked for assistance regarding heating they said they are sorry but nothing can be done. When outside temperatures are below freezing, then not having a warm room is extremely disappointing. Secondly the towels that we found upon our arrival to the room were damp (as if they weren't dried properly) and cold. Also, apart from being miraculously small, bathroom shower tub was constantly leaking onto the bathroom floor even before our arrival. Breakfast was okay at best, but far from superb as proclaimed by booking.com.
