Nice sauna and steam room. No air conditioning. Flies at breakfast.

Location was good very near to everything like restaurants and coffees and grocery Just basic hotel , i can consider it as bed and breakfast nothing more. No bottles of drinking water , need to drink from bathroom tap No coffee machine No kettle No tea bag No sleepers Nothing in the room only beds

The location was amazing. Kaprun card was amazing to have for free from this hotel.

I like the hotel location and thank you for Ali from the front desk staff for his support and explain to us to the best locations to visit in the same area. The room size is small and the rent daily rate for room is more expensive.

Breakfast was great and also ability to use many perks that come with Summer-pass that was included within the price. Staff was great and helpful and there is a free parking and a bus stop just in front of the hotel. Rooms are a bit out fashioned and have visible signs of tear and wear. They were clean thou. Light in the toilet is on a move sensor and goes black if a person is stationary for more than 30sec or something like that. Also, there is a lot of people sitting and eating on a grass in front of the hotel leaving lots of garbage and polluting.

Summercard is a great option. Good breakfast, nice SPA, there is an elevator. Nothing in the room, even a kettle. Not so clean, sticky floor. View to the parking.

We liked that the staff were very friendly, and our room was cleverly designed to accommodate four people with four beds. Although it was relatively small, it still felt spacious and comfortable.

Size of the room. No any facilities in the room. Bad is not comfortable. Size of the room and especially around the bed is very small that even makes it difficult to squeeze between the bed and the wall.

Location, free parking on site, early check in. We also left a personal item behind which the hotel posted back to us.

Nothing That we arived and no one was answering and no one before we arived was telling us that we muat to do online registration. and that the money was not go back.

Lovely staff, very nice room, excellent breakfast! The room was not super clean. Quite some dust and hair here and there. Also, a bit too expensive
