The helping staff was very friendly and they were listening to us. Initially, when we went there, their manager asked us to pay extra. I was really shocked. In the app, it was showing the fixed charges and 13% hidden tax which wasn't informed earlier. Still, the manager asked us to pay an additional 13% tax. So, a total of 26% tax and fixed price.And he asked me to pay an additional amount multiple times by giving reference to the application. Then I took his phone and showed him the total price on his phone. When I argued with them, they were like we'll confirm it at the checkout time. And I paid a fixed price and 13% tax additional only. Not 26%. Then the rooms were not ready. When we visited the first room, the room's lock handle was broken and the hotel couldn't find the keys of that particular room. They tried multiple keys but they didn't work. Then we switched our room and the 2nd room's washroom was very very dirty. Then we went into the 3rd room and the room was average and the bedsheets were also dirty. Now I have asked him to share the invoice and he told me you'll get it but I didn't get it yet.

Nothing waste of money Washroom was dirty, ac was not working Room overall was dirty. Paint on the walls were like a decade old with strains. Found hairs on the bedsheet I was assigned room 103, then in the middle of night I had to switch to a twin room with 2 single beds because ac of my room was not working. The new room’s ac was also below average

Only the location and staff was good All rooms were too smelly rooms (seepage) Washrooms were dirty and smelly Breakfast were served after two hours of wait and cold Cookery look old and marked on it

Staff response was rude, room allotted to me in 1st place was too dirty that insects were there in bathroom which they changed later but even in the new room you can see the insects at the bed in the attached room. So was the room that cement peel off walls and on the floor. No breakfast was offer while included in the offer.
