The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could need — comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.

The location wise it’s very good. Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to formally report an unacceptable experience I had at the hotel booked through your platform. On the day of checkout, I was forcefully asked to vacate my room at 7:00 AM, despite the hotel’s stated checkout time being 12:00 PM as per the booking policy. The hotel staff informed me that I had to leave because they had another guest arriving and needed to clean the room. This request was completely unfair and a clear violation of the agreed checkout policy. I was effectively forced out of the room. As I had an urgent meeting scheduled at 9:00 AM, I requested the staff to at least keep my luggage. They agreed and stored my luggage in their store. After returning from my meeting, I collected my belongings and left the hotel. This experience caused me significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption to my schedule. I believe this matter requires your immediate attention, as it does not align with the service standards expected from properties listed on Booking.com. I kindly request that you investigate this issue and advise on appropriate action or compensation. Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your response

Location was very close to market and the staff was very good. The cleanliness, bedsheets and sofa covers were not so great. The amount of money charged for one night was not UpTo the value. They need to upgrade their furniture.

The staff were friendly and professional, with special mention to Jerry, who was exceptionally cooperative, approachable, and courteous. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, featuring a comfortable bed and a fully functional air conditioner. The lodge is located in a calm and peaceful area, yet conveniently close to a commercial market. Overall, my stay was highly enjoyable, and I look forward to returning on my next trip.
