"I recently stayed at the Humsun Apartments in Karachi and had a wonderful experience. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location was highly convenient, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Karachi. There is nothing to complain about the staff is very helpful just one message they are available to help you

A few minor things could be improved with more attention to detail: when the staff bring food, it could come with cutlery, and it would be nice to have a teaspoon along with the tea and sugar in the room.

I like how big the rooms are and the staff were very helpful bringing us whatever we needed. The breakfast was good as well. We had some issues with the wifi and there was an odour in the washrooms but other than that it was perfect.

Quality of food was good but often not as per what was ordered on the form e.g. last day we ordered one portion of qeema, which was not delivered, if we complain they will deliver but it disturbs the breakfast Should advertise the real pictures so that customer knows exactly how he will be staying there were many discrepancies in the services offered and actually delivered. Didn't expected from bookings.com

Bed sheets and towels need to be more clean

Did not stay. It was in the middle of an extremely busy shopping mall and right in the center of the busiest bazaar/market directly opposite 3 talwaar or teen talwar (3 swords) roundabout with extremely congested and difficult access to the guest house (don’t be deceived it’s not a hotel as aren’t 90% properties listed on booking.com as hotels, which is grossly misleading. These are all flats or apartments or bungalows converted into guest rooms with no name or address on the outside so very difficult near impossible to identity or locate. Even if you arrive at the location one cannot identify if you are at the right property till you call the contact number and speak to someone). In our case after we finally struggled through traffic (30 minutes service road struggle) to arrive at the premises the security guard on the outside informed us that we would need to carry our own luggage to our room as they do not have extra hands and do not provide such services. That was the last straw after we finally managed to make our way to the hotel from the only available and possible service road. This was at about 09:30 pm in the evening so imagine what it is like at this location in the morning and afternoon peak hours. It is probably fine/excellent for people who need direct access to the bazaar/market by foot only. You step out of the property directly into the bazaar/market which surrounds this location. All these places advertised on booking.com are shady and misleading. I visited 10 properties listed on booking.com on the day wasting 5 hours looking for a decent clean room but unable to find even a single. The rooms are nowhere like or even close to near the pictures these properties advertise or load on booking.com platform.

Average hotel in a tower block and a messy part of town. They agreed to pick me up from the airport for extra money but were late and they asked me to find their car in a carpark. Absolute shambles. Location was dirty area building is old and dilapidated pickup was a shamble

Extremely friendly Staff, even allowed me checking-in at 0600 in the morning. Also very good Digital Service via WhatsApp. Great location Not very clean, speckles all over the linen/sheets. Very thin walls/Windows, no chance to sleep due to outside traffic even with oropax. Breakfast at best okayish
