breakfast was just ok, location is very good, but room linen were not clean enough, no location in bathroom, sink hot water tap wasn't working. no balcony as it was described. otherwise staff was very cooperative n friendly. thanks

Outdated room with mosquito bites and bugs. Dirty room. Terrible service. Not as described in pictures. Dirty towels. Bathroom was outdated and not clean.

I liked that the room was huge and the location is near the main part of Karachi. There is hot water in the mornings for a few minutes but after that it's regular temps. This is probably okay when it's hot but not acceptable when it's the colder months. My room had some garbage in it when I checked in (McDonald's bag) and a dead roach on the floor. They have clothing cleaning for cheap and that was a plus.

Decent bed and room Hot water only available at certain hours. The shower pressure is low, and the installation quite old. Basic breakfast

We so appreciate all the great staff who were so kind and helped us so much! The room was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed having a small refrigerator in our room and access to cook our meals in their kitchen. Note that hot water is available only from morning until about 2:00 pm each day.
