Ambiance Boutique Art Hotel Karachi

The hotel manager and the entire staff were absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were exceptional. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, and the team went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The manager deserves special recognition for maintaining such high standards of hospitality and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere. This level of service is rare and truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Karachi.

My wife and I had another wonderful stay at the Ambiance Hotel - it has been our favorite place for years. The staff always make us feel welcome and the service is consistently excellent. The kitchen team is incredible, happy to prepare whatever you would like, and the food is always top‑notch. The cleaning crew, including Amna, Wakeel, and others whose names I can’t recall my apologies, are equally impressive, friendly, attentive, and thorough with their job. Every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Nice and comfy stay. Mr Hanzla, and Awais were very curtuoes particularly. Search, maybe you can find a treasure in art..... Food was great as well.

The overall environment and the staff were amazing! They’re so friendly and helpful :) the security guard and the bell boy (Dawood) was so kind and escorted me to my room and made sure I was safe and if I need anything I should let him know :) the receptionist I believe was (Adalat Bhai) such a great person and was soo accommodating. These 2 people were so friendly!! I loved it

The staff. They were extremely considerate and polite throughout my stay. I made a very last minute booking and required an airport pickup, which Mr Mohsin kindly arranged on short notice, ensuring a smooth and hassle free arrival. (Thank you Mohsin!) The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping team did a phenomenal job maintaining my room every day. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The café and breakfast options were quite limited, and the food quality could have been better. This may be due to my personal expectations, but it didn’t fully meet them. I was also unable to secure a spa appointment despite multiple requests, as there was either no availability or the slot had already been assigned to another guest, which was a bit disappointing.

Always brilliant to stay at the Ambiance! The staff is super professional and helpful. Adalat is a masterclass in hospitality. They just dont know the meaning of no. And just make things happen for you. Amazing amazing amazing!

Loved the location and art feeling to the hotel it's like staying in a modern house the staff were friendly 24/7 room service security was great they accommodated as many requests as possible which was amazing A bit noisy from construction

No place like ambiance hotel whether you’re in Lahore, Karachi or Islamabad. They’re always clean and most comfortable. I stayed at Ambiance Karachi and their staff was extremely cooperative especially Mr. Mohsin Zaib. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a boutique experience. Nothing.

Excellent Customer Service and Outstanding Hospitality. Mr. Adalat and Mr. Hunzila ensured that the stay was as cozy it could be and facilitated at every step. They have a 24/7 Restaurant and a in-facility spa which is a huge plus. Nothing. Everything is great.

Great stay in a very central location. Staff were all brilliant, and Mohsen Zaib and Hunzila Shahid were especially helpful. Business center is a great place to work. WiFi is super fast and reliable.

Everything about the hotel was perfect! I checked in my hotel at 2:00PM and was served by Hunaiza. He was a gentleman. 10/10 for the staff and the service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to M. Hunzila Shahid the front desk attendant. I facilitated my airport transfer something I did not requested on time. He provided me with an upgrade version of my room reservation and also help me organized my tour visit around Karachi. None applicable
