A naturally beautiful property with great spacious rooms, lovely board walks connecting the properties and horses and birds adding to the scenery! Main lodge very spacious and open air with a fireplace to relax. Maybe the most beautiful swing I have been on ~ not to be missed at sunset! Lovely team as well! Asante sana :)

Loved the atmosphere, the location felt secluded in a good way, the staff was very welcoming, very pleasant, made you feel like royalty. Our room was beautiful and had a nice porch to relax with a glass of wine. That it is so far away from home

A remote lodge, about 25 minutes from the main road down a muddy track. You'll find small huts and cabins, surrounded by lush plants and a coffee plantation. Friendly atmosphere, peace and quiet. The drive from the main road requires a sturdy 4x4.

Foresight was a great such a great place to unwind after a day of game drives. A unique location, an extremely friendly staff, this place feels like its own destination versus just a place to lay your head. The staff and owners really make you feel comfortable and just at home at this place. If I sum this place up, good food, friendly staff, comfortable bed and place that seems to punch above its weight class, by running off their own power and giving back to the local community with their school. If I’m ever back in Tanzania I’m definitely giving them a visit. It’s a trek to get here, make sure your driver is a 4X4.

Beautifully situation and carefully designed and maintained property. Luxurious rooms, warm showers, hot water bottles in bed at night. Delicious food options and locally roasted coffee. Horses and cats on property. Super friendly and attentive staff that treat you like family. Bonfire at night. Nothing.

Foresight Eco Lodge is wonderful experience. We had a great room and the grounds are beautiful with a working coffee farm.

Our stay at Foresight was truly fantastic. The tent was spacious and very comfortable, and we spent a wonderful evening around the fireplace with Anita and Ernest, the founders, such kind people. Since we were self-driving, they shared great tips and even arranged a guide for us at Lake Natron, which made our experience so much easier. Our only regret was not staying longer and going on safari with Raphaël, who is clearly a remarkable guide. If you are visiting Ngorongoro, Manyara, Tarangire, or the surrounding parks, Foresight is a place not to be missed!

The meals were prepared by chef George Washington (his real name!) Every meal was exceptional. The staff was amazing. I have stayed at some of the finest Waldorf Astoria's, Conrad Hotels and St Regis' at home and overseas and this staff must have trained them all!! Stanley, Irene, and all of the staff were there when we woke up and went to bed!! Anita and Ernest are the most kind, passionate owners I have had the pleasure of interacting with. They have a passion and desire to share the culture of the beautiful Tanzanian people with their guests too. Their kind welcome and send off had me in tears too. So sad that I didn't stay longer!!

The staff! Anita and Ernest along with the entire staff showed over the top hospitality! Special thank you to Rapha, our safari guide for 3 days - he made a special vacation so much more!

Lovely comfortable room, lovely views and helpful staff. Food (Swahili) was a downside, average food although similar to what we have come to expect with food in Tanzania. Felt it was a little expensive for what you get.

Extremely recommended. The personnel is super friendly and attent. They made this place so amazing and cozy that I did not want to leave. The place is very natural, looks like a fairy tale place. Full of nature and flowers. Really good experience.

We arrived late afternoon and got a very warm welcome from the team with a nice hot towel to clean hands and face and a refreshing juice. The chexk-in procedure and briefing was clear and short and we loved the lvely atmosphere of the place right from the start. Beautiful nature and a lot of timber which made the place feel very natural. Nothing. We were totally flashed by its nature and the way it was done up.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond with everything… teaching us about the area, took us for a walk to the school the lodge is building in the village, practicing Swahili with us. The property is so lush.
