A wonderful stay when in Kata! A very fair price for what you get! Most comfortable bed, excellent aircon, staff want to go above and beyond to make your stay most enjoyable! Spent a couple of afternoons on the rooftop pool chilling out! And, every time I walked through the door the owner, gave a great big welcoming smile! Thank you all at La Xenia for making my time in Kata so memorable! ??❤️

The price was fairly reasonable compared to other hotels, but didn’t like it in general. Lots of stairs, no elevators. Not much parking for scooters and rentals. No view at all. The veranda was very narrow. No extra things in the room such as extra garbage cans, toothbrushes, shampoo or soap. Also no complementary water. The lamps weren’t working. The safe was broken. Needs a lot of work to make this worth staying.

Great value for money, good location. Lovely people running it We had bunk beds in the family room, they squeaked a lot, not a great sleep. No tv, no working safe, cold showers and could have been a bit cleaner, our fridge was dirty and sand in areas in the bathroom. Bedding and floors all clean

Easy check in, check out process, the owner was responsive and helpful. Sheets & towels were clean. Bed was ok. Quiet rooms & area. In one of the rooms the AC wasn’t working. Upon informing the owner, I got another room and it was ok. The rooms beed a proper redo (walls and all) but it’s ok for what you pay. Sockets are far from the bed and no lift. If you have big luggage it’s a bit of a struggle.

As a German and Canadian traveler exploring Thailand, I've stayed in numerous hotels. However, the warmth and hospitality of the family running this particular hotel made it my favorite accommodation of the entire trip. I give it a perfect 10/10 recommendation. It’s popular, if you can get a spot make sure to book.

Quiet street for Kata. Only 5 minutes walk to the main area of town. It’s a long walk to the beach, but It’s because Club Med takes up the whole beach front.

the bath shower is leaking when checked-in, i asked staff to change it, they were fixing it right a way, but when i take shower it broken again.. pls use the high quality stuffs… ?
