Spacious, welcoming, clean & comfortable. Three large pools with plenty of plants & shade were awesome. Staffs were very helpful and friendly!

Everything about this place was amazing especially the staff and Charlie the manager he was incredible and super helpful . We had kind of a situation and he was really nice and generous and helped us alot and upgraded our room complimentary . Love this place and love charlie. The only this is that the hotel is on a hill wish makes it really difficult to reach .

There is a hill to climb if you go out to beach or into the town. This could be an issue with anyone with mobility issues.

The breakfast was great. Good choices and plenty. Would of helped to know there was an egg station outside Location was great. Close to beach and restaurants. Wiping down of bathroom sink during our stay when room was cleaned

The location was great, not far from the beach at all. Pool was decent on the upper levels, the lower level pool was neglected. Friendly staff. The power in our room shorted out so we had no power in the room, they took a long time work on it so we ended up switching rooms (I had to ask for this) and we had to carry all our open luggage down a floor when they said they had an open room right next door. They tried to comp us a private pass to a lounge that was only open after we checked out the next day. This was just more of an inconvenience than anything. The electrical technician was banging on things to try and get it to work.

There's no elevator in the second building, but there is in the third. There are ants in the rooms.

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and have 3 large pools and a children's pool. There is also a kids' club, gym, and spa. Breakfast has a large selection and the service, especially the two ladies who work outside, is great. There is a free shuttle service to Kata Beach 4 or 5 times a day. The location of the resort is amazing, very close to Karon Beach, only about 3 minutes downhill, restaurants, town, markets... You can take their towels to the beach. The superior room was spacious and ithere was a big fridge with freezer. Water, coffee and tea were provided in the room free of charge. Housekeeping could be better.

Hotel looking a little run down, mossy canal, i understand was off season and maybe cut down on landscaping and maintenance staff but was overall pretty good. A few nights with power outtages which led to the spa being out of order on the only day i could get my free massage but i guess cannot help that

The girl ? at the reception who did my check in was excellent did a fantastic job .I called her in the morning and requested an early check in because i wanted to drop my bags and hang my wet kitesurfing gear to dry .and leave to the airport to pick up my wife .when I arrived everything was ready and she even escorted me to my room . Unfortunately I forgot to ask her name .. The hotel is lucky to have an employee like this girl . Thank you young lady for your help . At the pool more showers should be added that can be seen . Guests get into the pool without showering .

Great location, really comfy bed and spacious room. Breakfast was fantastic. There are unfortunately quite a few negatives which I’m sure most of which could easily be resolved. Run down, the majority of the shared areas need a paint / clean. On a hill which was ok for us in our 40s and relatively fit, for older folk would have been a huge issue. Facilities such as minimart and massage spa not open as advertised. The thing that annoyed us the most was the first thing they asked for on check in was a deposit. An advertised 4 star should never do this. If you have the card details and someone damages the room, charge the card! Pool area was slightly unclean, room was only just clean enough for me to not check out. I do however sympathise that the hotel has probably been hit hard by Covid and feels abandoned. The little changes could make it the most amazing place !!!
