Andaman Seaview Hotel

I loved that the room size was huge! Beautiful views of the pool from the room! Amazing buffet breakfast. The bathroom had some smells! Also missed the bidet sprayer that was available in all the other hotels

Breakfast was great! Has asia and american food. Every body was super professional and friendly. The only thing that really was terrible was the bathroom. Shower has no water pressure and very little water coming out. Sometime feels like the water was going to stop, and the toialet, you have to hold down forever to flush.

Great location very close to beach and restaurants. Spacious room. Clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is great. Bed has squeezed sound. Shower handle kind of loose.

Good location, spacious and clean. Beds are big and comfortable. It’s just the vintage style. Nice.

The staff and service was Exellent. It’s a run down property - must have been built in the 70’s and hardly renovated since, apart from some paint here and there.

The location was wonderful and staff was exceptional. The breakfast choices. Also, more cleaning is needed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel facilities and rooms are kept clean. Each room has its own plastic basket you can take with you to the beach, which is literally across the street. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby Closet doors are difficult to operate and the shower water pressure is blocked by the old shower heads. We kept disassembling them to take a shower then reassamble? Also the pillows are not great.

The size of the room 3205 was huge loved the big room/apartment it was very clean, and the bathroom was huge with a great bath and separate shower, the bed was very comfortable, the pool needs some maintenance but I liked it. Only a 5 min walk to the beach and did not get charged for beach chairs. Close to all restaurants and shops. The breakfast was poor, and the breakfast staff were more interested in their phones rather than bringing out more food or coffee when it was needed. I had to ask several times for coffee, tea, cutlery, fruit and I heard several other guests ask for other items which had run out to be replenished.

Exceptional

Very good service, amazing location, the pool is nice, comfy bed. The bath towels smelles really bad, something like a wet dog. Breakfast was not very good, ate mostly fruit and bacon.

front desk staff excellent, however as the staff mostly myanmar, they seem to have a language problem understanding. They did do their best to try and help with our request. the breakfast choice was mainly only for russians, there was no rice soup or any selection suitable for asians. the beach towels looks clean but has a bad smell.

Perfect location, helpful staff, large rooms and good airco Lunch and dinner options were not enough in the hotel restaurant.

The reception! Being messed about moving to another hotel, restaurant was rubbish! Not the quality and cleanliness we expected.

Staff were friendly and polite, and our room was large and comfortable.the location was excellent. Close to the beach and both Karon and Kata area Breakfast was ok, but not over the top. The lift broke twice during our stay. Unfortunately smoking around the pool and in the hotel was allowed which wasnt very pleasant for us. The water pressure and internet was very poor (we were on the 3rd floor, maybe it is better on the lower levels). But all up, we liked our stay and will consider this hotel again
