Amazing!! Bar right in the pool, they have 4 pools its like 1 minute walk to karon beach very clean, good breakfast lots to choose from very clean nice staff good value for money will comeback Nothing pretty much amazing place

We liked the location, the garden, the pools and the polite staff We didn't like the fact that the water from the taps in the bathroom and for the toilet was often yellow and obviously not very clean.

Nice beachfront hotel with spacious rooms and multiple pool areas - very true to the photos. It’s a great option if you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday. However, we found that the dining options and other services were a bit better further along the coast.

Beautiful place but it’s under construction. They shut the main pool down twi days to landscape and then power wash cement. WiFi was terrible if u don’t have service. Would be better if not under construction

Location We had almost no quiet hours at the hotel due to the terribly noisy renovation during the days and nights! Manager changed our room after 3 nights but still it was noisy

The location We where met with a nice welcome but we where early and had to wait until 15.00 to check in. That was not a big problem, but there where no restroom for us to change, we had to use the toilet

The property was well located, family friendly, clean and besides great food the staff were excellent. Great value for money and across the road from the beach. Definitely will be staying there in future trips. Not applicable

The staff were lovely and the beach being across the road was a huge benefit! The resort was under construction. Most of the pools were not able to be used.

The hotel will likely be very nice once the renovation work is complete. I don't like writing negative reviews, but unfortunately there are a few too many points for me to ignore here. The hotel failed to tell us that there would be renovation work taking place during our stay. Most of the hotel was out of bounds, including the main restaurant, and most of the pools and pool bar. If we'd have known we wouldn't have chosen this hotel. Unfortunately our room was also not up to expectations, being small and dark on the ground floor with work taking place outside of it, and a shower that floods the bathroom as it has no screen around it. We tried to change room in an attempt to get something at least a tiny bit better, but was told we'd have to pay for an upgrade if we wanted better. We had a 'double' room, but all this is here is 2 single beds pushed together, still with separate sheets and duvets. For breakfast they used the reception area, which I assume is temporary. Breakfast was adequate most days, but one morning I got an electric shock from their juice dispensers and one of the metal food dishes, which I assume is because their cables run directly next to their pond and must have touched - they quickly resolved it when I said but I'm sure this isn't a one-off event. Also worth noting, the hotel, and area in general, has a lot of Russians. I'm sure the hotel is usually fine and will definitely be beautiful once all the work is complete, but unfortunately for us just their lack of communication about the renovation work and lack of any compensation, not even an apology when we checked in, meant that we couldn't enjoy our stay at this hotel at all and had no choice but to go out every day, only using the hotel as a bed at night.

Phuket and Thai people and trips. anything unrelated to hotel. the hotel. location good. was like a building site. swim up pool bar wasn't available, one of reason chose this hotel for that pool. was demolished and being rebuilt. restaurant opposite beach not available, demolished and being rebuilt. booked superior room with pool or garden view. got small room overlooking what looked like builders yard. couldn't sit on balcony as too noisy. got moved after 3 days to new room but was not what we booked. was not superior room. whole of hotel was noisy with banging, drilling, work going on. says on website 4 poops. had use of 2. one was having building work done to bar and toilet so unable to relax here due to noice. only other pool had lots of kids. bridge to walk over had boards on as work being done on bridge. we were not told of any of this prior to going as we would have cancelled. I am taking legal advice as I feel we should be compensated for part of this holiday. it was booked for my husband's 60th birthday as a relaxing holiday of a lifetime. it was hell. staff at hotel amazing. I don't care who is to blame. we complained to hotel and they said it was down to booking. com. as that's who we booked with. I have been a customer of booking. com for many years and use them a lot. if this isn't resolved I won't be using them again. had breakfast booked but was makeshift restaurant due to main one being refurbished/rebuilt. the whole place was like a demolition site. I am sure there will be many complaints as there were many customers taking photos and videos of everything that was going on, we were not the only ones disappointed and unaware of this. It pretty much spoiled the holiday of a lifetime for my husband's 60th. even in the morning early you got woken with building work right outside our door. worst experience ever. I paid for a holiday with full facilities. we DID NOT GET WHAT WE PAID FOR AND IT WAS NOT RELAXING DUE TO NOICE AND DUST AND DIRT.
