Excellent location. Easy walk to the beach. Surrounded by great restaurants and some bars with music. Super friendly and helpful manager welcomed me. Place was a bit worn down, in need of renovation. Mild sewage smell in bathroom. No kettle in room.

Very friendly staff!!!! Mr.Somphop smiling at you as if you were the mostly awaited guest. Very clean hotel (my room was cleaned every day)! Good location from the point of view of road or noisy restaurants - rooms windows looked sideways, not to the road, so it wasn't noisy in the room and no singing at night. A little bit far from the beach, but after a couple of days walking it was ok - too much eating needs a lot of walking! The description of the room corresponded the reality completely!!!! No kettle in the room (but it was possible to take hot water on the first floor, free of charge). No hairdryer (though it wasn't mentioned in description, I just didn't read it - so, my fault)

When you just land in Phuket used public bus to reach this hotel (3€ ) only! The owner is so kind and friendly that you feel in confidence immediately. Hotel is central but quiet and very clean. Perfect to get rest after long flight. I recommend that place! Simple, clean , central, efficient and affordable! And just few minutes walking to Karon beach Nice place for the beginning of your trip in Phuket!

Great value for money. Very clean. Very polite staff. Close to the beach and the center. Our room was surprisingly quiet, although the hotel is located on a busy street. Don't expect luxury. The bed is hard for European standards, but this seems to be normal for Thailand, and after all, we slept well in it. You need to leave a 1000 baht deposit when you register, so carry some cash.

Very helpful and kind staff. Always big smile. Everyday cleaning is very thoughtful, good service. We are happy to have stayed there, will recommend for everyone. Bonus, we liked that every furniture had the same design element, the Karon Sino House logo.

The owner was lovely and let me check in a few hours early. It was clean and lovely Nothing.

The place is good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice, there's everything you need, and there's also a balcony with a dryer. I also liked the interior and the style of the hotel and the room. There's a minimarket and a bunch of nice restaurants just outside. There was a small leak near the toilet in the bathroom, and the wi-fi connection isn't really good, but none of these was actually a problem.

Nothing The bathroom is not fully finished with tiles, mostly concrete only. There is bad smell in the hallway. There was cockroach in the room. The price was cheap but better to pay a bit more in another accommodation if you want a relaxing stay.
