Location was the only good thing about this place. Beach within 10 min walk - all little market stalls along the roads. 7/11 2 min walk from hotel Staff are rude got bitten alive by mosquitoes from their rooms/beds and they suggested it was from the beach! When it was like there was a mosquito nest within the room the amount that just kept coming! Disgusting very unhygienic! Would not recommend all a scam they tried to accuse me when checking out of robbing a “coffee spoon” I can buy a pack of 5 in England absolutely appalling but then when I went up to check it was there coincidence anything to keep your deposit!. I’d be ashamed to work in that hotel!

The staff is good however the receptionist Ton is unwilling to cooperate with me even though I was willing pay for an extention but having problems online And than started to threaten me very bad guy

Rooms are extremely clean and a lot of space, the staff are excellent and very pleasant. I liked everything.

Convenient location - if you like Karon (we don't anymore). Every day cleaning in the room. I really liked seeing how the cleaner wipes the windows in the room with a curtain. One key - not very convenient for a family, but even at three o'clock in the morning the staff goes to open the door to your room if necessary. Hotel restaurant, check the bill there. They often make mistakes there that are not in favor of the customers. The massage at the hotel is disgusting and if you paid for an hour, be prepared for the session to end in 45-50 minutes. Four people from our company did it and it never lasted more than 50 minutes.

We arrived early as we had an early flight. No early check in option which was fine, we were told we could use the facilities but they were unable to provide any towels until check in which I found a little odd, we would have spent money at the bar and ordered food here if we were able to get a couple of towels. There are not many sunbeds to use, ideally more needed, and more shade (umberllas) around the pool. Staff were OK, not as hospitable as other hotels we have stayed at in Thailand. Beds comfy, ideal for a family in the suites.

Only positive of this place was location, staff not friendly, rooms dirty, old stained sheets and towels, food not good, take my advise and book somewhere else. Also be warned they will charge you 3000 baht on arrival for room deposit and for any damages.

Good all round. Especially liked the free mini bus service between Karon and Kata. Bed was uncomfy. Bedding too small for the bed. Mini bus could have also done an evening trip into Kata.

The hotel is great as are the staff. The location is excellent as is the pool. These are minor complaints compared to all the positives. The breakfast food included cold eggs and there was no fresh coffee available as advertised. We would definitely return as overall great value for the money.
