Location is great! The new owners very helpful and nice! Food is good and fairly priced It’s not that I didn’t like it, but for future reference…. If you wish for a quiet room select the mountain facing rooms. I can sleep through anything so I didn’t mind the street side. The owners were clear about it and I can sleep through a storm, so when they offered me to move to another room I simply didn’t want to move all my stuff.

Good value for the money you pay. I stayed 2 nights only. The room is spacious and has everything you need. A balcony with a nice view on the mountains was very pretty. Nice stuff. Easy check in. No elevator so if you have a big luggage might be an issue to pick up your luggage to 3d floor but it’s small thing.

Really spacious room, with a cute view and balcony. Room was cleaned everyday. Just over a 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the bus comes right past the property if you want to go to Phuket Town. The air con was a little underpowered for the size of the room and would take 2-3 hours to fully cool. The reception only seems to open around 9am meaning the staff aren’t available in the mornings.

Easy to locate and walking distance to lovely beaches. Even though reception not open it was easy to get in and out of the property Road a little noisy, but was made aware of that from other reviews but would stay again for the location

Great location just a few minutes walk from the beach. We had a mountain view room which was very quiet. My favourite part was the maybe bed which was the most comfortable during my trip. It was also a large room. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that the bathroom was a bit smelly and the air conditioner seemed like a small unit for such a large room

Dave, the owner, was always around and happy to help, which was really appreciated. It made the stay feel personal and welcoming.

Very nice, clean ,comfortable room. Was walking distance from the beach. It's on a busy road, but still sound protected. Dave was very helpful and friendly, as were his staff. We got help with planning our activities. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing really was a problem. Sunset view room, doesn't really have a good view of beach or anything, but it's a good room on 3rd floor. It wasn't a problem for us, but consider your fitness to climb up 3 flight of steps.

Friendly staff, good location, reasonable price. Dave, the owner greats you, he is fluent in english, so the communication won't be a problem! He can give you good recommendations nearby.
