The pool area was nice and peaceful. The air con barely worked, the bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever laid on, and it’s very noisy all times of the day and night.

Location The hotel isn’t called Adema anymore so we couldn’t find it, we tried to call the number registered on booking and they told us the address was wrong. Very poor english, luckily the cab driver helped us (it was 1 am in the morning) and she managed to find another number which eventually was the correct one. The receptionist wasn’t very helpful, we freaked out a little and he was standing there as if nothing happened. Also they took 2000 deposit which is ridiculous.

The location is perfect, only 7-10 minutes walk from the beach where you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds also for 200THB for 2 people. 7-Eleven is 100m from the hotel. The staff comes and sweeps the floor, makes the bed and takes out the trash every day. Although they do not change the sheets, just once per week. The staff does not speak english but they communicate via translator. A deposit of 2000THB was mentioned in the booking but actually they demanded 100€ per room. Beware of the restaurant of the hotel, do not eat there. On multiple occasions we saw big rats inside, and also around the pool in the evenings.

Location is good but not the best neighborhood in town When you get to the hotel the name is different from booking. If you’re on the 5th floor be prepared to climb by stair considering that there’s no elevator, the shower has no pressure at all.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel. It is extremely dirty and unbearably noisy. If you enjoy the sound of F1 racing 24/7, then this might be the place for you. The bathroom glass is covered in years of water stains, the towels have large holes, and the shower has extremely low water pressure. The chairs feel like they could break at any moment—I didn’t even dare to lean back and relax. The female staff at the front desk don’t speak English and have a bad attitude, with only one male staff member knowing a little English. Everything in the room comes with a price tag, and you are required to pay a 2,000 THB deposit before you can even check in, which is completely unreasonable considering the hotel’s outdated and poorly maintained facilities. Worst of all, this hotel is completely misleading. The one listed on the booking platform is not the same as the one on the actual sign. I later realized it had terrible reviews on maps, which explains a lot!

Nothing !!! My room was in 5th floor. No lift. No phone to reception. Beds were like concrete. Towels were grubby and thin and had 2 holes in IT !! ( one small grubby towel). Someone’s dirty black sock in the wardrobe. No hot water. Had a cold shower the first night. A load of drunks in the pool at midnight. Staff unhelpful. They just told me to contact booking.com

It was close to the beach, street vendors and shops. This hotel was very disappointing, I would not recommend staying there. The pictures must have be taken a long time ago because the rooms do not look like that. It is situated on a very busy street and the lack of soundproofing made it impossible to get a good night sleep. The bed was super hard, very uncomfortable and the bed sheets were dirty. Every towel we asked for had big holes in it and was dirty as well. Our bathroom was not cleaned for two weeks straight even though we kept asking for it. Not to mention we had problems occurring in our room all the time such as no hot water, clogged drains etc. The balcony is so tiny it cannot be used, especially because the aircon is dripping on you. The wifi does not work at the pool, only in the rooms. The experience was made even worse by the fact that the staff is super unfriendly and they do not speak a word of English so it was impossible to properly communicate the reoccurring problems.

The location was good, very close to shops and places to eat and the beach which was great. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The balcony door didn’t lock. The air con wasn’t very powerful. There were cobwebs around the room.

The location was good and the room was good for the money you pay. The staff were not very helpful during the day- the guy at night was brilliant and so kind as was the cleaning staff. But the people during the day were very uninviting and looked annoyed. The pool was good but needs to be cleaned more as there was leaves and bugs everywhere. Air conditioning in the lobby would be good as well.
