Availability of different swimming pool, big rooms, staff kindness The break fast was limited, the hotel is marked as 05 stars hotel, but it is not

breakfast not that good, picky about # of towels they give you, room was all the way back in the corner of resort (long walk to get out), shower temperature was warm to hot back and forth. they booked as 1 room but was really 2 joining rooms.

Pool was amazing. The hotel has 3-4 pools and all are very well kept and the slides are awesome. Perfect for the kids to be in the pool for hours. Enough space for all the guests to enjoy the pool. Pool bar is pretty decent as well. The access to the beach is just across the road. very nice and clean beach and the market is within 2-3mins walk. Very good location. Staff needs to be much more receptive. Very arrogant and not at all helpful staff at almost all places. Room service and housekeeping is horrendous. Keep calling 6-8 times for them to react; they pretend not to understand English and just don't bother to act. 40% of the hotel has Indian guests and still no Indian Veg or any Indian dishes for breakfast. The staff once again disappoints at every restaurant.

the pools are great with two sepsrate pool bars. The lagoon bar was very nice. Breakfast food was very nice. The gardens with the range of Bonzai trees was great to have a look through ( though many mosquito) the walk between the reakfast buffet and the rooms was fairly long though that is to be expected in such a large resort

This resort is truly a 100% family-friendly resort. There are plenty of activities for kids, including a petting zoo, painting activities, and different creative classes. Our daughter especially loved the pizza masterclass — the chef was extremely friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable for her. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for families with children. We had one issue with the room cleaning during our stay, which was disappointing at first. But once we informed the team, they responded very kindly and made it up to us the next day with a handwritten apology card and a bowl of fruit. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and we appreciated their effort to make things right. The only thing we didn’t really like was the mosquitoes. It would be great if the resort paid more attention to mosquito control inside the rooms, such as through more thorough cleaning, repellent spray, or mosquito-repellent aromas. This was the only thing that really bothered us during our stay.

Beautiful 5-star amenities, a lovely garden, nice pool, restaurant, and relaxing common areas. Staff in the public areas always greet you, and you can hear the sound of the beach everywhere, a wonderful paradise! Unfortunately, the customer service feels more like 3-star level. Beautiful resort and great first impression, so I kept extending my stay. Unfortunately service was inconsistent. Some staff were excellent, especially Fang, Dilan, and lovely cleaning girl Dee Dee. A lost pillowcase wasn’t the issue, but the unapologetic way it was handled at the front desk by Jissy which acted more like a school teacher disappointed me, so I moved next door to Pullman for a more consistent experience.”

Wonderful place! The hotel is located in a huge tropical garden. The staff work very hard to keep the garden in perfect condition. It feels like being in paradise. The beach is beautiful. The area is quiet (especially compared to Patong). Great restaurants and very friendly staff. Perfect for a trip with children The restaurant prices are a bit high. The hotel is located on the edge of Karon, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center

The bedrooms were not always cleaned everyday and we had to request on days to be cleaned . The beds were also very hard. There was an option however to request for beds to be changed.

Surrounding , nature Rooms are old and our bathroom was smelling , even after changing our room other bathroom has the same problem I think they have problem with wastage as smell even reach room while you sleep so don’t forget to close properly bathroom door before you sleep There was cracks on mirror and handles in all accommodation was sticky not clean If you are looking most of the time stay outside not in the room then choose this resort otherwise is not great accommodation

Needs upkeep. Mold on exterior walls. For this atar level and cost, I would expect simple luxuries like towels at the pool and roving pool services at each pool.
