Loved this stay, very clean, updated, nice rooms. Great value for the price. Pool was nice, roof top was great and had great views. Breakfast was nice. Gym was absolutely amazing. Great location to eateries, cafe, beach, and laundry service. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating.

This is a lovely hotel, beautiful, modern rooms that are impeccable mine had 2 air conditioned zones that could have separate settings! Even the corridors are air conditioned!! Staff… as you would expect, friendly and attentive. Would I stay here again? Absolutely… not only a lovely hotel just a few minutes away from the nearest 7 11, but the restaurants nearby are amazing too… one we absolutely recommend is Sweet & Sour literally across the street from hotel, it’s great value for money and great quality food. I must say this hotel has the most amazing pool toilets I have ever seen!! Picture included!! A special thank you to Ounce for your amazing service and hospitality at the hotel, you are a credit to Proud Karon Hotel ? Breakfast: The dining room for breakfast is not big enough and causes queues. Also at breakfast there was often a lack of glasses and plates. The food however was fresh and hot, though I’m not sure how many people would welcome masaman curry and rice for breakfast. The staff worked tirelessly to turn around tables as soon as they could and seemed genuinely apologetic for any wait times. Pool bar: often left with no service, which is a shame as we would have spent more money, especially during happy hours.. I don’t understand why you have a bar unmanned when you’re advertising happy hours? Pool: a little on the small side, though we never struggled to get 3 beds before 10.. no sunrise bed wars!! Funny how the main pool has shade from plants and umbrellas etc but the children’s pool and play area had no shade at all?? Maybe one for management to look at improving for those with little ones, especially when they are right next to the kids club…
