The hotel is beautiful nice and clean. Great food. Few nice staffs Front desk will call me anytime of the day or night to let me know a couple next door to my room we’re complaining that my television was too loud or my voice is too loud on my phone because they are resting. This hotel is about an hour from the airport.

Quiet street but still not far from stuff. Nice to walk off the property to peace vs. chaos. Also: good massage, fruit shakes, laundry just steps away Bed was a little firm but fine

The room was very clean and spacious and we especially loved having direct access to the pool from our room. The location is good, just a few minutes from the town area where there are restaurants and things happening. The hotel manager Mrs. Wan, was very kind and helpful, and the rest of the staff were also friendly and responsive. Breakfast was good and had everything you need to start the day. Nothing to complain about-we had a very pleasant stay.

Absolute amazing resort beautiful grounds very clean comfortable beds close to all the restaurants and the beach couldn't ask for a nicer place or a better staff highly recommend this the price was amazing I would definitely go back here in the future I honestly can't think of a single thing that was bad about this place everything was wonderful

Absolutely amazing resort with everything you could possibly want in a place to stay, from the people to the pool to the food to the comfortable bed good water pressure and on and on and on and on, cannot say enough good about this place definitely a diamond in the rough in Karon Beach.Nadi,New, and the entire staff were absolutely amazing, also real close to everything with a store right across the street massage parlor laundromat restaurant and on and on and on. This place has it all The laundry prices were a little steep but there's a laundromat right across the street for a fifth of the price so not really a problem

Clean, not humid, no insects. Modern design. The predestination around the hotel is in poor maintenance, need to take extra care if you are going with kids. The bigger pool at GF is under maintenance in rain season.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful in every way. A wide choice of food. Just a suggestion....A small change in the menu each day would be good and maybe some bacon and mushrooms but otherwise all good.

Big hotel with spacious room, big bed and bathroom. There are two swimming pools, a big central one on the ground floor and a smaller (but still big) one on The rooftop. There's plenty of restaurants around the hotel, as well as a mini-mart across the street and massage parlors. The location was nice, as it was far from the central Phuket chaos which was a bit too much for our taste. Staff is so kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast is good with lots of Thai and Western options at a very good price. The bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable, I did see (only at check out) that you could request a mattress topper and extra pillows, wish I had been told about this during our check in process. The hotel's decorations are very bland or simply inexistent, this isn't a problem, but I feel like some nice decor would bring the place up by a lot.

Lovely hotel. Good location and quiet. The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. We were upgraded to a pool access room, which was very kind of them and very much appreciated. The hotel is immaculately clean, the rooms are a good size and very comfortable Would most definitely recommend this hotel There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, however maybe a few hangars in the room and bathroom would be useful
