Really good value for money. Lovely hotel. we booked room for 3 people and was very spacious. Would recommend if you are on a budget like we was. around 20 minute walk to the beach but lots of nice restaurants / bars close by. No lift (didn’t bother us but something to be aware of if you struggle with stairs)

Everything. It was my 3rd time in this hotel. Workers are very helpful and always welcome. We had no issue with room. Bed was big, room was huge. Clean towels every day, amd fresh water. Was very good, quite area! Motorbike rental, restaurant and massage just opposite road. All what you need in Thailand ?? Nothing

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room that we got was spacious and met all of our needs (2 adults + 2 kids). The location is somewhat far away from the beach, but it takes around 5 min bike or taxi ride to get to Karon beach and the main bazaar street or around 10 min ride to Kata beach. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores in the very near proximity. Overall great price/value ratio. If the hotel offered breakfast for some additional price - that would be so much helpful for the families with kids. Everything else was pretty much OK.

Helpful staff. Numerous dining options, if you are brave enough to walk on busy road without sidewalks. The property is very clean and is an excellent value. The property faces a busy road and does not have parking or even a safe area to unload a vehicle. Room chair and bathroom mirror show their age. Without daylight, weak bathroom light. No elevator for people, only baggage.

A nice spacious room and lovely balcony. The hotel was quiet and right opposite a place to eat. The staff were friendly and relaxed and it was a great two weeks. Close to the big Buddha and the amzing jungle walk up! Not a hotel issue, but bear in mind it is a little bit of a walk either way to the beach.

Corresponds to the stated prices and services. There are scooter rentals nearby, if you prefer to walk, then it’s 15 minutes to the sea. The choice is yours! You can hear passing traffic, but on the second day it doesn’t matter! Use earplugs if you are sensitive!

Friendly and very helpful personal! I loved the exterior decorations, flowers and huge fish! Everything built with love. Horrible location for people without bikes - its far away from everything and it takes you 30 minites to walk busy road just to get to anything. Taxi is not an option - pricy and most of the time is simply unavailable. Wifi at room 205 is absent, completely, no signal. Even tho in corridor it works. Shower is often cold water only, and when you can get warm its impossible to keep temperature, it rather cold or hot.
