Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort

the location and the hotel rooms located along with mountain.. looks nice. The balcony was nice and big the room size was small. Washroom small.. Breakfast had lot of items.. but not of good quality .. literally tasteless

This was one of the best stays I ever had. The property is so amazing with everything you can ask for - great rooms with ocean views, trees, swimming pools, restaurants and bar. And it is 5 min walk to beach and so many cafes around. The team at the hotel was the primary reason of my excellent stay - a huge thanks to the team from booking , reception, at the restaurant and the cleaners. These guys are the best I have ever met in my years of traveling. They made my stay easy and memorable. My room was cleaned everyday and it was so neat. All good

Staff were amazing and beautiful pools . Great location to many great restaurants . There is a happy air in this hotel .. Steps .. you need to climb a few steps to get to elevator .. yet staff help with luggage so only issue if not able to climb a few steps …

I stayed at the Best Western Ocean Resort Karon Beach with my family for two weeks in July and we all had a wonderful time. The Resort is well laid out with two swimming pools and ample sun loungers for the guests to enjoy. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful flower beds and well manicured lawns. The rooms are large and well maintained with excellent WiFi and amenities. The staff were very friendly always greeting you with a friendly smile and the complimentary coffee and juice in the lobby was a lovely and welcome surprise to relax in the morning or after a day out at the beach or sightseeing. The on site laundry was also an added bonus and a very useful facility. All in all I would highly recommend this Hotel and Resort and would have no hesitation staying here again when we next visit Karon Beach.

Terrific staff - friendly, helpful - amazing :) Breakfast was great, and the staff at the restaurant deserve special mention. The pools always clean and very handy to the room we were allocated. The cleaning staff made our rooms up beautifully everyday Having to climb up so many steps when it was hot and sticky - and some of the steps have narrow tread - so had to be careful

I had a huge room with a seaview on almost the top floor of the hotel. The view was a little marred with the building in front of it, but still I could see the ocean, which is what I wanted. The room was clean and comfortable, with good AC. I especially appreciated the fact that they had a permanent key card in the electricity slot for the room, which meant the AC would stay running even if I was out of the room, so the room stayed cool. The restaurant was very good for both one dinner and all the breakfast times. The staff there were very nice, as were the front desk clerks. I enjoyed the pools for short periods of time and there were always plenty of chairs available. A note for those with mobility issues: There is an elevator to take you from one level up to the top floor levels. However you have to climb about 25 steps and sloping ramps to get to this elevator from the lobby. I really appreciated a porter who carried my bag to my room when I arrived, because this would have been a struggle for me! So every time you go to the restaurant or lobby or the front door, you have to climb up and down these steps, so just be aware.

Excellent stay! I'm really satisfied with this hotel. There are two swimming pools on the property, and the room is very spacious. I was a bit worried about the water quality beforehand, but it turned out to be perfectly fine. There's a 7-Eleven and a motorbike rental shop right next to the hotel. The beach is just a 5–10 minute walk away. There are also massage parlors and street food stalls nearby—everything you need is close by. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us warmly. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Considering the price, I’m very happy with this choice. Breakfast could have had more variety.

Really amazing customer service and amenities, super clean and the air con was great. Massive room and new towels and cleaned really well every day. Would 1000% recommend!!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Our second room was fresh, clean and comfortable. Pools, gym and even table tennis were great. Tasty breakfast and top location. Our first room unfortunately had sweaty smelling bed linen which we didn't realise until late at night. Fresh towels were supplied by reception to sleep on. The next morning we were given a choice of 2 rooms one being a big upgrade using the lift. We were happy with a room near a pool.

pools were good Too many stairs buildings and resort very poorly laid out and a bit old, breakfast defiantly could have been better

Location … breakfast was a good choice … pool nice .. room fair for cost .. Ok for us but lots of steps from reception to rooms .. if you gave mobility issues could be difficult

The rooms are spotless, we had a beautiful balcony, the mattress was firm and was perfect for us. Our room was cleaned and fresh water every day. The breakfast buffet is just amazing , so many things to choose from and everything is cooked perfectly. The chef is very friendly and likes to come out and say hello in the morning to see everyone. The beach is right across the road , markets and shops all in the area and a lovely massage parlour just down the road. This is our second time staying here and i will stay here again

Although old, it is well maintained. The pools (3), and gardens are very nice. Staff were good, very happy and welcoming. Comfortable bed. Nice view from room. A long trek to the room with over 80 steps.
