The location is good, not far from the beach and there is 7 eleven nearby. The staff was nice and friendly. The smell was horrible. I had a headache because of the smell of plastic or some wires. I could hear every single sound from my neighbors. The light is dark. There is no window or balcony.

The place was very clean and tidy - no weird smells or ants in corners - room was great value for money Maybe make it abit more clear beforehand where you’re staying between their first property and second (only 3 minute walk from eachother)

Clean The accommodation wasn't at the prime residence on the main photos it was elsewhere? The room was tiny ,the glass was missing on the louvre window allowing mosquitos in and there was a long row of ac units right near which kept me awake.

Very good location !!! In the “heart” of everything ! Nice room for this price , big bathroom . Clean. And I slept there very well . Didn’t clean my room 4 days but it wasn’t dirty so it was not a problem too me . All the rest I like because price=quality

Nothings They put 2 phone numbers, I called one number and it said there was no room available, I paid, I said booking.com, she said call the other number, I called and it was closed, there was no need to joke around.

You definitely get a good deal for the price! It was cozy and clean. Pretty good security on the door leading into the building, so that’s really good as a solo female. Room was a bit dark and dingey, no windows. When I came to check in, host took 15 minutes to show up and let me in, and it happened again when checked out, left my bags there, and came back later. I recommend calling ahead and letting them know you’ll be there in however lông

Easy check-in and check-out. Very central for the North end of Kata. Easy to park the bike out front and good value for money

Good location near 7-11, local restaurants and within 15 min of walk from Kata and Karon beaches. Fridge, powerful fan and hot water. The owner was friendly and attentive, he allow me to do a late check out which was very appreciated.

Quiet, clean and well priced for a budget stay . Host was nice and accomodating also . Would stay again if in Kata. Nothing was bad. Bear in mind though that there wasn't always someone on hand at reception so make sure to arrange a time for check in beforehand if you don't have a Thai SIM card or data .
